Pearle Vision

They make you purchase a $50 test so my child and I would pay $100 extra for the exams on top of my insurance. I also went to get Meta the other night, older guy working told me my insurance wouldn't cover them...I said fine thinking he was referencing the frames only...end total was almost $550 for 1 pair of meta glasses. I went to another place got meta for my son and I with insurance applied came out to $315 together! He gave me racist vibes. I agree with another reviewer about the office manager...definitely needs cultural/customer service training, she is horrible, they both are! I haven't seen a doctor here in a couple of years but when I did they were pleasant that is the reason for the extra star.

Needed a contact lens fit and this Pearle Vision location delivered! I was able to luckily make a same day appointment and everyone I encountered in the office, from the receptionist to the doctor was so friendly and accommodating. It was my first time here and I was very impressed with their customer service. Highly recommend!

I truly love my experience every time I have my annual eye exam. No exaggeration.... everyone from the receptionist, to the eye assistants and the doctors are so professional, welcoming and caring. They take the time to make your visit personable and ensure that all of your questions and needs are met. The facility has adequate parking and it's very clean on the inside. I was originally referred by my mother and I'm so happy that I took the opportunity to schedule my appointment here. They will have me as a customer for life! Make your appointment today, you will not regret it!!

Customer service is horrible. Front desk lady was rude, loud and not friendly at all

LISA IS A RACIST..Iv been taking my daughter to either pearl vision or vision works since she was 3 & Iv never had any issues . I decided to make an appointment at this location being tho it's closer to my daughters school..we had an appointment yesterday @ 3:40 .When I originally scheduled the appointment they told me my daughter was qualified for a exam but not for material till the Feb 10th . I called in around 3:10 to see if I can just do the exam and come back the following day to do glasses ..When I called I was met with a rude women named Lisa I believe ...I went on with my question and she basically cut me off and said " I need to make sure she's even qualified for the exam " I tried to explain to her that was already clarified when I scheduled and she Insisted she had to check anyway and asked me would I be able to pay if she wasn't qualified ( when I made the original appointment the told me she was ) I tried to explain this to her, and she just wouldn't let me talk.. And told me she would have to call me back and let me know even though my appointment was in less than a half an hour.... Her demeanor and tone was super rude and ignorant! And giving KAREN vibes ... I hung up, then called back because she never called back and asked to speak to a manager then she told me she was the manager ... I feel like she just didn't want me to bring my daughter & didn't want to service Black people...Lisa is a racist & insulated that I wouldn't be able to pay without insurance! I was so upset I just made appointment with vision works for Monday ! They always take good care of my baby ! Lisa needs racial sensitivity training!

The service here is amazing! The most thorough eye exam I've ever received. Office staff was helpful and friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the fees associated with exams. Maybe it's on the Pearle Vision side of things or how my insurance works with Pearle Vision but it definitely makes me hesitant on going annually for exams. Maybe every other year. I will however be returning here for my frames and lens for the for seeable future! Great prices and better then other places from designer frames. More then pleased about that!

It's been 4 weeks and I still don't have my glasses. I brought in my own frames and prescription. I was told 2 weeks. After two weeks I called and was told "the left eye is on backorder" and that she'll reorder. I waited another week and still nothing so I called again. I was told the same thing again except this time I was told when things are on backorder they don't automatically process when material is back in stock so he had them reprocess it. I was told to wait and that they'd be in on Friday. I called today (Friday) and was told someone had an emergency and they just shipped it so it'll be here on Tuesday next week. I understand things happen and I can accept delays but it sounds like there are some very broken systems that result in customers being kept uninformed and having to call multiple times to perpetually check the status. UPDATE: I just want to be clear that the staff are lovely people. My issue is with the broken processes and procedures. You will inevitably have items on backorder or some other type of delay. The question is what systems do you create so that customers are kept informed. Please don't blame staff for systemic failures. They are following procedures set forth.

Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. The doctor answered all my questions, walked through my vision health step-by-step, patiently assisted me with putting in and taking out contacts, and never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. Everyone washed their hands, everyone was wearing a mask, and took care to follow appropriate COVID-19 guidelines. It was a wonderful, smooth and painless experience!
