0/10 Wouldnt recommend Dr.Hopper. Very dry & stick in the mud-ish. Not warm & welcoming, eye exam was acceptable EXCEPT......She didn't address my astigmatism with my contact lenses. Which I feel like made me feel unsafe when driving at night. All she had to do was offer a different type of contact. She adjusted the contact prescription NOT offer astigmatism contacts.(I didn't even know they offered astigmatism contacts!!!!!!) Also refused to change my glasses prescription when it appeared too strong for me. This came off as she didn't want to accommodate & hear her patients out. She didn't care about my well-being. Which was definitely annoying, she needs a better bedside manner! Went elsewhere and got the proper care I needed. I really hope you take the time to read this and self reflect. Do Better Dr. Hopper. Shame on you.

Karen , what a beautiful soul she helped me pick out frames and we sat and talked like friends she's the best I will recommend this place to my family and friends and the frames were affordable!

Tony and Lori were excellent. The smoothest experience I've ever had buying glasses. Im so picky about my vision but these lenses are excellent. I could be happier. I highly recommend Pearl. Remember to see Lori or Tony.

I purchased glasses from this location a few months ago. I love them. However the nose pad broke and they became very uncomfortable. I decided to take them in to see if there was something that could be done and Tony helped me. He repaired them quickly and was very polite while doing it. A definite 5 Star experience. Thanks again Tony!

I came here from another eye doctor hoping to find better products and costumer service. Instead I got glasses that don't work well. I was sold an insurance for my glasses just to find out when I needed help it was only good for three months. It's past 3 months. I couldn't go anywhere because I was having serious health issues this is the first time I was able to address this problem. I explained my situation to see if there was any exceptions, any chance, anything that could be done. The one lady said she can try two things to see which would be better. I appreciate that part but they didn't do much at all. I was going to be bounced back and forth between the man sitting at the front desk and the lady at the back. Gladly i didn't have to endure much of that since I explained to the lady that the man had already sent me to her just to be sent back. At the end I had to make an appointment for the doctor anyways which is fine. I have worked customer service jobs all my life. When dealing with customers I like to make sure they leave happy and that they felt heard and satisfied. You also have to be warm with people because you never know what people are going through and a few kind warm words can really means a lot. Even the worst of customers that came in left happy and alway came back to me in better moods in future visits. What I'm trying to say is that after I explain my situation in the briefest way possible nobody really cared to give it a really hard try to see about any posibilites. Not much effort was made neither. They didn't offered a word of kindness. They felt like the coldest people I have ever dealt with. I felt like I didn't matter and since they already have my money, it doesn't matter at this point how I feel or whether or not I got what I needed. I will address everything with professionalism to avoid problems but after everything is done, I will suggest to the people I know, love and others I come I cross my experience in this particular location.

My recent experience at Pearle in the Grant@One shopping center was as positive as it could be! LAURY and other staff members at this location were pleasant, professional and made the whole experience a happy and positive one. In today's world where customer service is often lacking, these folks went out of their way to make sure everything went off without a hitch. As a person with a mobility impairment, this was especially impressive to me, although I suspect they treat every customer in the same way. Thanks also to Dr Hopper and her staff for a job well done!

The glasses were perfect. Tony Finocchio was excellent and I loved the attention to detail and the extra time he took to confirm the fit. I travel to this store because I know Tony will provide excellent service.

I wanna share my first and last experience with pearl vision. I went to this place knowing the reviews were not the greatest but I don't always go by reviews. Well the doctor and the front desk check in girl were truly great! The doctor was truly helpful and got to the problem of my vision issues! Now fast forward 3 weeks later when I got the call that my glasses were ready for pick up. I went to pick them up happy that I got glasses that I can finally see again! Well to my surprise the employee there who I let her found out was the manager his name is Tony greeted me when I came in. Now Tony was not helpful at all instead of doing the usual Usual sit me down and try on my glasses to see if they fit and that I can see etc, instead, he just handed me my glasses in the case and said here you go! I was truly in such of shock! I never had this kind of treatment like this before! But I went back couple days later to deal with issue with my glasses because of Tony's unprofessional Linda I believe her name was really step up and fixed the problem!
