My first experience with this optometrist and I'm so happy I've chose them. Nothing but laughs, good times and full of information. I love it here!!! And the prices aren't bad.

I've been a patient at Pennsylvania Optometrics for about 5 years and realized I needed to write a review when I decided to remain a patient despite moving 5 hours away. Here's why: 1. Supporting a small, local business: And this is on all levels - from the size of the staff to how friendly they are not only with customers, but with each other. It's heartening to see. 2. Cost: Absolutely reasonable! 3. Customer Service: But really, what comes down it is this. Not only are the prices completely reasonable, but the doctor runs an amazing business with humans in mind. I ran into an issue with my contact lens delivery to no fault of PA Optometrics, and to say that the doctor went above and beyond to rectify an issue that wasn't even her fault is an understatement. She genuinely cares about people and does her best to address your issues and needs. I was getting intense migraines and she was able to coach me through a better eye care routine for working from home. Needless to say, PA Optometrics is an absolute gem and you will be in good hands if you come here. The doctor and her team are heartfelt, kind individuals who have helped me get an accurate prescription, trendy eyeglasses, and a pleasant experience. Highly recommend them and cannot do so enough.

This place is fantastic! I'm not normally one to write reviews, but my appointment here was so good that I've felt compelled to write one. Firstly, Doctor Pervaiz is incredibly kind & very professional - she knows what she's doing & will give you great advice about glasses/eye-wear & any vision concerns you might be having. The entire staff is incredibly helpful & everyone is incredibly nice. I've never been somewhere were absolutely everyone I had encountered gave me such great personal attention, opinions, & insight. They're highly professional & very dedicated to their customers, I would definitely recommend!

I found every person at this office to be extremely professional. From the front desk Cassandra to Jesse to Irem and last but not least Dr Zeest . I needed new glasses for my clinic and personal use and they helped me select the right color, the right fit, and I ended up buying multiple designer glasses . Thank you for making my experience so smooth and so easy. I will definitely come back and strongly recommend them.

I can not recommend Dr. Z and her staff enough! They are amazing!! Dr. Z does more than take the time to get to know you as a patient, she makes sure you'll leave with the best pair glasses you'll ever have. Of course I enjoy compliments on my glasses, but I also enjoy having the perfect prescription.

Every experience I have had with Pennsylvania Optometrics has been nothing short of wonderful. Since they reopened during the pandemic, they have taken exceptional precautions to ensure the health and safety of all patients. I was grateful to walk in and be told to wash my hands and have my temperature checked because it assured me that everyone else in the office was also safe. Dr. Pervaiz is also a joy to work with. She is punctual, friendly, kind, and careful in her work. She listens intently to every experience I share and makes thoughtful recommendations that have genuinely improved my vision and quality of life. I used to feel anxious going to the eye doctor, but now I look forward to my annual appointments because I trust that I am in great care with Pennsylvania Optometrics and Dr. Pervaiz.
