The office is nice and the location is convenient. Both times I was there, it's a madhouse - really really busy. I saw two different doctors - not sure why. The wait is long! You get shuffled around a bit to do the complete exam. I like it but wish it were less of a wait and more organized.

The front desk receptionist can improve with customer service and being pleasant. I know it's often frustrating dealing with the public. However, they should work on being more pleasant greeting and working with patients. The wait time to see doctors are often overbearing but the office is mindful and staff often apologetic.
The doctors are very knowledgeable and updated with their practices. I've be seeing Dr. Feldman for over 10 years.I think the standard of medical tx is 5 stars. Operations can be improved.

I was shocked at how many patients were in the lobby. Despite this I was called within 5 mins, maybe less and taken back. It was an hour at most to have all the tests and exams. The only thing that was surprising was the pupil dilation. I only drove a few blocks during the day and that was ok. Later I had to drive home after dark and I had a hard time seeing. All the lights were star bursts. No one warned me about this. One plus, 13th street s lights looked more beautiful than I have ever seen them. lol.

Dr. Repke is empathetic and extremely competent. She performed 2 cataract surgeries on meand each eye needed an in-office laser post surgical procedure which made my vision crisp. I have occasionally needed an emergency treatment for conjunctivitis over the years and the office has responded even when Dr. Repke wasn't available. So l recommend both the doctor and the office.
