Philadelphia Eye Associates

The receptionist was very professional and pleasant. I didn't wait but a minute or 2 before I was taken for some of my eye test. All that works here so nice. The Dr also is very good. She is very attentive and listened to all my concerns. I definitely would recommend thus office.

Was experiencing eye irritation and swelling in the eyes. One visit and my.eyes feel great after treatment and some prescription eye drops and cream. Thank you for taking great care of my eyes and the prompt appointment getting me in fast. Appreciate your services. Sam Serrano

The staff at Philadelphia Eye associates Allegheny were rude from start to finish. There was zero empathy. When a patient is clearly having an issue it would be nice for the staff to be accommodating and friendly. After the initial greeting, an issue with billing, a copay issue, it seemed as if the rudeness and overall feel of the office showed through with the doctor! Doctor Huong was incredibly rude and unprofessional, spoke more about her staff and tried to educate me with have a "so called wall up" Instead of "again" having empathy for someone who has been suffering immensely with their eye condition! I wish the doctor would have just helped me! She actually asked I I just wanted to go ahead and do nothing about me eyes. She was so focused on her staff complaining. Awful experience to say the least!! I left there in tears!!! Terrible staff and provider

Very organized and all of the procedures ran smoothly, taken on time for my appointment, Techs explained every procedure, accommodating, friendly and professional atmosphere. All instruments and machines were cleaned before each procedure. Office is well maintained. Dr. Grace answered all of my questions - very knowledgeable and didn't rush.

My appointment was for 10 . I was there earlier after 1 hour.I realized that everybody that was in the waiting room was already taken in . Not thinking to asks, I thought, maybe they're busy.This was the issue not one person asked me how come I did not go in.I was right across from the receptionist. Even the guys that come out to take you to the back , not one asks me if I was taken care of That.\nWas 1110.\nFinally, I receptionist.Did they forget about me?Well, apparently they forgot to check me in.And then she rushed me back there.I was there 2 hours.I am not a very happy person about this. I know after a while.I should have said something, but then.Also they should have said something. The girl at the desk said I know that you're upset.I'm gonna go see what happened.Apparently.The guys in the back said she never checked me in Once again, I am very upset.My appointment was at 10I did not get out of there till 12.Maybe it was my fault , but it also was their fault

Went there to see about my eye and a tech posing as the Doctor stating that he was going to be the surgeon to remove the Cataract from my eye when in fact he was lying and posing as the Doctor . Then lied to me telling me to come back in 2 months to have the surgery when that was a lie also . Going to this place will be like going to a corner store oppose to going to the Supermarket aka Hospital. You there's people who lie to you they're not to be Trusted with diagnosis.

Dr Feldman and staff are very thorough, kind and friendly. They take care in everything they do from scheduling appt, picking out glasses, eye exam and testing. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for an eye Dr's office.

It was an Amazing experience , Shanice was an Great staff member. Friendly, Respectful and Understanding. Will continue to get my eye care with Philadelphia Eye Associates in Allegheny Ave..
