I had been putting off getting my eyes checked for a long time. However, I was having difficulty reading more and more, as well as seeing street signs at a distance. Someone suggested going to the Philadelphia Vision Center for an eye examination. I am so glad I took my friends advice. They were extremely empathetic to my needs and assisted me in picking out a pair of glasses that I was comfortable with. I will be definitely going back for annual check-ups and will be recommending them to all my family and friends. My new glasses are great, and my vision is so much clearer. Paid 140$ for glasses all for them to brake weeks later they are over priced they want 109 to fix them the owner is very rude I been going here for 4 ye because it very local and I'm lazy but this enough save time go to American best

I have been going here since I was a child. The doctor is very thorough. He checked my eyes with and without my current eyeglasses to see if the current prescription was still good. The lady's in front were very helpful when it came to picking out my glasses and contacts. This is a great place for family eye care.

Great experience; the woman employee at the front desk was prompt, professional and courteous. The Doctor who examined me was the same as well as patient and friendly. If you're looking for glamor , bright lights, bells and whistles then you're in the wrong place. But if you want good honest service and employees who understands vision insurance protocols and not confused as what to do this is it. I gave 4 stars because their frame selection needs to be updated.

Polite and courteous staff. Clean and my visit did not take long at all. The Optometrist did refer me to a different Dr for an extensive eye exam as they only do general check ups and eye glass prescriptions here. My fitting was swift and professional but I did have to ask the tech about scratch protection and the Dr did not note that i needed anti glare but otherwise not a bad experience

we received the worst eye exams yesterday by a mean elderly man who was rude throughout the whole 5 minute procedure. Now I am one who will usually pick and choose my battles but if our prescriptions aren't right that's going to be a problem. The exam we received was rushed. The doctor gave us a box of eye drops. told us if we could see the writing and then determined right there if I could see up close. BEWARE
I go pick up my glasses this week. I'll update again.
