Been going here for years, I never had any issues. For checkups it's a quick in and out, even if you're a walk in. Longest process is getting your glasses but it's honestly not that bad. The people are also very kind and helpful!

I have been coming here for about 29 years. Wore glasses since kindergarten. I met Dr. West today for the first time and I have never been more satisfied and amazed and how in depth she went to complete my eye exam. All of my questions were answered and new advice was given to improve my vision quality. She did not just give an eye exam, she gave education and non pharmacological interventions as well. Please Vision Center keep Dr. West!

I couldn't leave a negative star so 1 star will have to do. I called to get a lenses put into frames that were purchased at this same location & was told that I had to buy new frames. Because they did not do the eye exam. My script is not a year old & then I was told that I was supposed to get the script filled with 1-2 months. I have never been told that & have worn glasses for almost 40 yrs. When this location shuts down, it won't be too soon. Customer service is non-existent.

Have gone there for years . The service has fallen off. Had two pair of glasses broken by the staff and had to take what they gave because the didnt have those specific frames . Not happy leaving there.
