Beware. They are not interested in resolving customer disputes. They have a no refund policy that also includes no exchanges but this is not made clear to customers. The manager Aaron may just be the rudest customer service professional that I have ever encountered. Buyer beware

I've been going here since I was about 8, in the beginning I went to the eye doctors on Germantown ave by the ymca & they ruined my vision at 8 years old! I switched to this eye doctor & beings though my vision was already ruined that young I've never had a issue with the time frame, glasses or the service for my glasses. These people are very nice & respectful. Customer service is amazing.

Don't judge a business by its surrounding area. For over 30 years, those two gentleman have been providing better than average service to those seeking eye exams, glasses and or contacts. The place is a straight forward vision center; not no frills, but also not trendy which is why it has staying power. A great place to go for exams and other vision aids.

I went in there to get my glasses fixed. Waited 20 minutes for her just to tell me she can't fix them. A DISABLED MAN walked it and the employees mocked him and refused to help him for like 5 minutes. This man was deaf and the employee had the audacity to say "oh I don't speak that language". I don't understand why this place has such a high rating when they treat people inhumanely. God bless.

I've been going there for yrs and had no problems, but the last visit this year was less than par. Had to return my eyeglasses three twice for prescription errors which still is incorrect as of now. They no longer have "2 per deals" and they STOP making same day prescriptions. Both of which is why I went back for yrs. What I paid for these one pair, I used to get two for, so I will be trying someone different in the near future.

Service below the standards i was told i would receive a call once my glasses were ready never did. I actually called them and was told they're ready, so i was walking around blinded Why?? Secondly the lenses are ill cut/fitted on top of the fact my prescription is off, still seeing some things in a blur so I'm almost certain i will need to re-lense again sooner then later. Won't ever be returning

I've been coming to the place since forever, as a kid my Mother took me here and as an adult I come here to get lenses put into my shades or glasses. Really pleasant staff they've been doing this for over 10 years.
