Philly Vision Care

Went in for eye exam that was covered through insurance. Upon walking in the door i was asked for Id & insurance card for them to copy. I filled out new patient paper work & they cleary put on my paper work EXAM ONLY.. While sitting & waiting for Dr I was asked if I wanted to start trying on glasses ( who ever said I needed or wanted glasses).. Went back to see the Dr (who had my folder ) for exam & was told that I need a prescription for glasses or contact.. Was told again that I would have to pay out of pocket for which ever item(s) I choose.. I was also told that I had to pay them $36 cause they Doc did an extra exam on me (that I had no idea about).. Since i have coupons for contact lenses though another company I just wanted this place to give me my script. I was told by the front desk clerk that I had to give them the $36 or they would not give me the script. I asked them for Any paper work that the can give me to show what they did for me & they refused to give me anything . I need my records for other doctors & I told them that but they refused to give me anything .. They place is extremely small & the small are rude & unprofessional.. They don't deserve a 1Star.
