I came to Ashley as someone new to lashes, a little hesitant not knowing what to expect, and was absolutely blown away! Her space is very calming and she makes you feel very comfortable and when you're done, you'll absolutely feel beautiful! The lashes look amazing, I got the wispy volume with colors, and I get complimented everywhere I go. Theyre super lightweight and comfortable, I can't even feel them on my eyes, 10/10, you won't be disappointed!

Had an amazing experience at Prototype Lash Co! The technician was super friendly and understanding, especially since it was my first time getting lash extensions. She helped me choose the perfect style and did an incredible job. The studio was spotless and well-organized. Highly recommend for a professional and welcoming experience

I highly recommend this place. I hadn't had my lashes done in a long time, so I was nervous. I've had bad experiences with previous lash techs being too rough or the lashes not lasting the 3 weeks but this experience was the opposite. She did a great job! Fair price, clean area, and the comfortable as well!

Very professional. I'm from SWPA (south of Pittsburgh) and I'm currently on a contract for a work assignment and I felt it would be easier to get my lashes filled in Philly. I get so many compliments & a lot of compliments are how unique they look. Even when my lashes start to thin and it's time for a refill they still look good. Once my contract is up in October I'm not sure what I'm going to do! lol

I loooooove my lashes. The salon was a clean and professional environment, great music and snacks. She did my lashes super quick and made sure I was comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

I took an eyebrow training with Ashley & she was so much fun. Her entire vibe was poppin and professional at the same time. She answered all of my questions and I learned so much in just 2 hours. I will be coming back to her even as a client that's how comfortable I felt with her. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to expand in the beauty industry. She is worth it. 10/10!!!

Ashley was very nice, welcoming professional. Her suite is beautiful and pink which I love because it's my favorite color! The bathroom was clean and fully stocked. Ashley offered a place to hang my coat and purse before starting the service. Ashley's lash table has a leg rest that raises your legs, a neck pillow that provides support, and she offered a plus blanket for warmth--which made the entire appointment very comfortable and relaxing! I informed Ashley of my issues with a previous lash tech, and Ashley assured me that I was in great hands before initiating the service. Ashley cleaned and prepped my lashes which was irritant free. I booked a Princess Classic set and Ashley completed it in a little over an hour! When my lashes were finished, Ashley didn't choke me with the fan like most lash techs do, she allowed me to hold the fan myself! I love my lashes! Ashley did an exceptional job! They're natural, light weight, properly isolated, mapped for my eye shape and were exactly what I was looking for! Ashley even offered me an after care kit complete with lash wash, pretty pink spoolies, and a lash lash cleaning brush! I was amazing by the quality of service and professionalism that Ashley offered.

I never leave any reviews but this was truly a horrible and UNSAFE experience. Just issue after issues with her. I had an appointment scheduled at 10:30, asked to move to 10am. She confirmed and sent a confirmation email. I get to the salon & she's not there. She arrived at 10:30. Even though I had a Groupon, I had paid a booking deposit online because it seemed that was the only way to make an appointment on her very detailed website. I was told she's not going to refund my deposit because I was supposed to call to make an appointment. I told her that the tape was digging into my right eye. She gave me an attitude and said the tape was nowhere near my waterline. I had to ask her three times before she barely moved the tape. I woke up today and my right eye is VERY red and has a weird circular imprint. Pics below. It hurts a lot. When she's done with my lashes, one of them fell off literally right in front of her. She refused to fix it saying it didn't leave a gap and as I brush them and clean them, they will even out. I got home and several more lashes fell out. I woke up & my right eye has half the lashes of my left eye. Do not go to her unless you're looking to pay for a costly eye infection.
