I have been a patient for some years. The doctos and all staff member have made and continue to make my appointment experiences, flawless. The entire practice consistently aims for excellence. I highly recommend this office.

Everyone is helpful, pleasant and professional. They take their time with every single person, answer all your questions and handle all your concerns with with genuine attentiveness in language that is understandable. I have never had an unsatisfied appointment.

This is the first time for me bringing my mom to see Dr. Greene. (She has been here before but I never have) Every single person that works here is SO nice! I have never encountered an office where every staff member is friendly, kind, personable. I am in awe of everyone's kindness. They treat you like they've known you forever and it's so nice to have such a wonderful experience.

I would give them a 5 (more if I could) for the experience I had once I got there. The doctor (Dr Greene) was amazing and the techs were professional. They even answered extra questions. I had all my tests done by one tech -- no passing around from one station to another, as at Wills. The only problem is their pre-visit communication. They send a lot of misleading forms; e.g., permission for a refraction. The tone of these forms is legalistic and hostile. I really dreaded the appointment. The portals are useless and do not work; I don't know why they bother. There is no way to communicate with them except by phone. They can't send or receive email. There is no pre-visit check-in and forms must be completed by hand in the office. (Luckily they are short forms.) In this 21st century this is very disturbing. They are owned by private equity (as are the other clinics in Philly) so that may be the cause of the problem. Also the doctor explained that he cannot give shots on the first visit because of private equity; he has to get permission. This is ridiculous. It is best not to have eye disease in Philadelphia as your options are extremely limited. Like all clinics they are too busy to offer the support that should be required when dealing with people with a life-changing disease. Compare this to cancer or heart disease clinics. At least they try.

Was very efficient. Annie at the front desk was very helpful. All technicians were great. Very polite and courteous.

Professional and competent staff, this makes my visit a pleasant one. Dr. Greene is terrific, he will answer any question that I ask him about my condition. He put me at ease the first time that I needed an injection when I was a nervous wreck. I am extremely happy with the staff and Dr. Greene.

Dr Greene is amazing. The wait time was outstanding and all the employees was pleasant and very friendly.

My experience here was amazing! Everyone was super nice and kind. I got the help I needed. The doctor was amazing he explained everything in a great way for my understanding.
