Stopped in after another shop in center city melted my glasses lens during an adjustment and messed up a fancy pair of glasses. Came to Snyder and learned more about glasses I could ever want to know and found a new place to buy and get glasses repaired. Great friendly people and wildly knowledgeable without attitude

I can't rate Snyder Optical highly enough. They're passionate about everything they do without trying to "sell" you. I've purchased multiple pairs of glasses and had lenses made for old frames I still loved. Without asking, they even brought in frames they thought would suit me (btw, they were right!). They're always friendly and upbeat, with a how-can-we-help attitude. It's like running into friends you've had for decades. Every single one of them.

Remarkable service, wonderful people. I visited Snyder Opticians with eyeglass frame and prescription in hand. One week later I left with perfect vision and a smile on my face. From taking the measurements for correct lens placement to adjusting the frames once the lenses were made, the people at Snyder were friendly, patient, and meticulous. I couldn't be happier with the result! Service like this is a rare and special delight. Thank you!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the GREAT people at Snyder. I did a quick google search a week back and saw their name pop up as experts in eye frame repair. I called ahead and described my challenge: that my favorite glasses's right side hinge and stem mechanics broke off. They said come on down and we'll check it out and tell you what's possible. Of course I did that with managed expectations that it would be a long shot. In fact I just resigned myself to thinking "no way" will they be able to fix this. But I'll remain hopeful. Well today I went back because they called to say that the glasses were ready and it is amazing what they were able to do. In their own repository of pieces and parts and other elements to various glasses -- If you can believe this -- they found an exact match to my glasses for the exact side that was needed and did the repair. They were able to make magic happen. The equivalent of Cinderella's glass slipper. I could not be more delighted or appreciative of their kindness, professionalism, and expertise. The entire team is amazing but this morning it was Kristy (sp?) who helped me and I want her to know how much gratitude I have toward her. (I have had a series of bad luck and tough breaks and her undeniable warmth and humanity moved me to tears and no I am not sentimental. I am just grateful!) Thank you, Snyder optical They don't make companies like you any more. We should be protecting you as a local treasure!

Amazing service! After multiple places told me my broken glasses were "unfixable" or charged ridiculous prices, this shop asked me to email a photo and confirmed they could fix them. They repaired them the same day for a fraction of the cost. Super friendly, quick, and kind. I'm so grateful and would recommend them to anyone!

Very rarely I write reviews, but Snyder opticians were absolutely fantastic. Super nice staff didn't have to wait, which was great. Prices are very fair. Great experience will definitely use them again and if anybody's hesitant, take my word for it.

Awesome and helpful staff. I wasn't even a patron before this, but I had a pair of broken glasses. I went in and they were super helpful and professional. I'll be going back to them in the future.
