I went here in July 2020 because my glasses were lost in a river while tubing and my eye doctor was not open due to Covid. I was at the time wearing my daughters glasses to get by. I still had to work and drive. Her glasses weren't an exact match but they helped. Anyway I told the entire staff i spoke with that these were not my glasses and not close to my prescription. I felt like the doctor was rushing to get me out. They did the puff of air, and the thing where your stare at a house in binocular looking machine, and dilation to my eyes and that was it nothing with The Phoropter but they had said with the testing the had my prescription. Here all they did was matched my daughters glasses and added a little more strength to the prescription. I just went to my eye doctor since I was getting nowhere with Soll Eye. My eye doctor got a script of -3.00, -4.00, 135 Right eye and-2.50, 1.75, 066 Left eye. Soll Eye -2.50, -3.00, 135 Right, -2.50, -1.25, 070 Left. how did they get this so wrong. and the fact that they were not taking care of this situation. I had been calling them since August last year always being told we will have someone call you back.

People were lining the walls like there was a giveaway, no one seemed to know what they were doing. I was led to 4 different rooms for a diabetic exam and was seen by an actual doctor for less than 5 minutes. Never use refocus for your eyes, they didn't even tell me I had cataracts. So bad and unprofessional.

I come here yearly for my eye check up and they are always amazing. The doctor is nice and always talks through what she is about to do and explains everything simply. Right now they have covid restrictions in place (wear a mask, everything is disinfected routinely etc) which is great because many places I have visited do not do that unfortunately! I love this place and recommend it!

They are easy to reach. Appointments are pretty quick to get. Great staff! Optical dept. on location or you can get their prescription filled at other eyeglass places. Both locations are good.

Spent 2,5 hours to be seen. Good doctor but can find a dr just as good with a normal wait time. Left the office without seeing a doctor; called later to reschedule and was told that the appointment took place. Scammers!

I've never met a place more disorganized and Shady in my life! Their answering machine says it's full and can't accept messages and hangs up on you I wouldn't trust them with my dog

Need my son glasses repaired. The screw came out and called the place no answer. Voice-mail system claims 24 hrs called back and its been 10 days. Remind you im still calling throughout the week and leaving messages. Refocus eye is still Soll Eye Staffing!

This place is the best place for me because my last visit was like 3 years ago and my glasses are still working good I can see very good with them and I am Diabetic type two I highly recommend this place for good exam and good classes
