Horrible experiences from eye focus and Dr Soll. Office staff (front desk) is horrible. Waiting time horrible. Multiple bad experiences from blepharoplasy (crooked incision. I think he was practicing on me). My fault for not doing my research. Was not given any care instructions for surgery. I gave them a multiple chances to change my mind but it keeps getting worse. My whole family is done. Especially the Penndel office. My son waited for almost 2 months for contacts. They kept having excuses for why they didn't have them. I'm in healthcare and I've never experienced this much disrespect and incompetence in any healthcare setting.
