I just wanna say how thankful I am for the EYE Institute because they never shown me a bad experience. Every time I come visit to get my new glasses multiple team members just welcome you with open arms like family let alone the great quality of frames to choose from. I'm so happy I chose to go here years ago when I first needed glasses. It's been a wonderful experience for me and my family when we come visit. Thank You everyone at the Eye Institute for loving your job and caring for the people who come in. Have a great day.

Tonight's eye therapy session was another success. I deeply appreciate Dr. Sarav's genuine care and unwavering dedication each week during my granddaughter's eye therapy at the Salus at Drexel University Eye Institute. Your patience, skill, and kindness make her feel supported and comforted as you gently guide her through her vision exercises. It is truly encouraging to see the progress after just six weeks, including improved focus and clarity. I know this is your last week, but thank you from the bottom of my heart for your compassionate patient care. Wishing you continued joy and fulfillment as you grow in your professional path. ~I want to take a moment to appreciate Venus, our eye therapy coordinator. She truly embodies strength and dedication, and her efforts make a real difference. Thank you for everything you do, both seen and unseen. Was our first time there and we loved it. The staff here are truly amazing. The service was great. My son who is 5, was nervous at first but open up to the staff very quickly. Thank you for making my son feel so welcome. Would recommend this place to anyone!!

The Eye Institute is a school of optometry so you are examined first of all by a student which is always a comprehensive exam. But he/she is supervised by an optometrist and the exam is thoroughly evaluated. It's a large , clean, well operated facility with lots of students and it has its own store where you can get glasses. Because of how detailed the exam is it does take a little longer than a regular optometrist but, oh well. I recommend it.

Friendly intake staff at front desk. Clean modern waiting area. Short wait time until I was seen. Thorough exam by interns (that introduced themselves!) followed by confirmation of their exam findings by the attending/supervising physician. All appeared capable and provided explanations for each procedure during the exam where technical terms were explained in plain english. They did not hesitate to answer all of my questions. My own mother was a patient at this location (convenient with secure free parking) for many years. I was confident enough in her care that now I entrust them with my own "eyes".

A picture of my peripheral retina was taken at the Eye Institute on West Godfrey Ave. They came to pick me up while I was waiting to return to my original location. The doctor told me I have a tiny spot (it's yellow). He said it's not serious, but I need to have annual eye exams. I felt happy because I agreed to have the eye picture taken. It's very important. After watching it on TV, I ordered new glasses with blue-light filtering. By the way, I might get a second opinion at Penn Medicine to confirm what the tiny spot is.

I always received great care by a team of highly skilled eye care specialists. The service is prompt, the examination through and my insurance covers all expenses. I have been wearing glasses since high school so I know quality care. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I have been a patient at The Eye Institute since I was in high school. The many doctors and residents there have been with me through numerous eye procedures. I have found the staff to be helpful and more than willing to explain each step that I would be facing on my eye journey. I am now seen by a smaller group of specialist at The Eye Institute who have followed my progress for years.
