I've been going here for a few years. Everyone is friendly and helpful and knows their stuff. They have excellent staff to handle every stage, from calling and booking in, to the eye test, to choosing and picking frames. It's easy to make an appointment, and the visit is very efficient. Really a great experience!

SCAM ALERT!!!! THEY TRY TO UPCHARGE YOU!! CHECK YOUR BILLS!! This place absolutely tried to scam me. I kept asking for the basic $0 copay lenses that my in-network insurance covers, and they told me that wasn't an option and that my insurance was "wrong." While at their office, i kept showing them my insurance documentation and they kept saying my insurance isn't being honest. I asked her if these lenses were the cheapest option, and she insisted they were. I suspected something was wrong so came home. Later, I called my insurance and they explained to me that standard lenses were indeed $0 but the shop was trying to sell me "add-ons" that I didnt need or request. The frustrating part was that they never made this clear and intentionally tried to hide this from me. Apparently, this is how these shops make money. I called Trend eye care again, and confronted them. The lady on the line said that standard lenses are available but that they "avoid and try not to" sell them. By intentionally obfuscating this information, they make money by scamming gullible customers who pay their final bill without verifying if they even need these "lens extensions" which are just unnecessary add-ons for most people. Be super careful with your bills here, check and question every line item. I'm just surprised that its so hard for businesses to be honest in this day and age.

Dr. Moon is patient, caring, meticilous. Communicative and an exceptional opthalmologist. The staff friendly, quick organized. Plenty of parking as they are inside the plaza where fresh grocers and other shops are and the prices are right, a variety of lense options.

If you need an eye exam or glasses, this is the place to go. Dr. Moon is very knowledgeable and patient. And be sure to ask for Victoria to help you find frames. She is an absolute miracle worker! I would never have picked out these frames without her help. I'm tickled pink with my glasses.

I had an appointment today at 10:50, the staff welcomed me into the store and helped me with everything I needed, and I was seen quite quickly, practically zero wait time. I sadly did not get the name of the optometrist who took my eye pressure and such, but she was wonderful. As for the prescription/contact lenses exam, Dr. Moon was a fantastic doctor. He was reassuring, informative, and just made me feel comfortable in general. I walked away from our appointment happy, and with a better understanding of eye appointments/contacts, which was pretty cool. Yatoya was my optician, and she was so kind and equally helpful. She answered all my questions, helped me with everything I needed quickly and efficiently, and in general just seemed like a really nice person. Also, although I didn't purchase glasses today, they also had some really cool looking glasses and a nice variety. This is hands-down the best experience I've had at an optometrist, and I would highly recommend.

I've been a customer here for years now and only recently decided to try out contact lenses for the first time. Every single one of the staff members there were extremely warm and inviting, and this helped tremendously with my nerves. All the employees were very efficient and helpful, and I can now proudly say that I'm comfortable in my new contacts. All in all everything down to the examination and training was excellent, and I truly felt like I was in good hands.

I wouldn't imagine bothering to write a review for an eye care clinic, but Trend Eye Care II really stood out and deserved one. I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked my appointment, but from start to finish, the experience was a pleasant surprise. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and reassured that someone would be with me shortly. The receptionist made the paperwork quick and easy, and the nurse who followed was friendly, fun, and efficient during the initial assessment. When it came time to see the optometrist, I felt completely at ease. He was approachable, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer every question without rushing. After the exam, a team member asked if I wanted to browse glasses. She was wonderfully helpful--never pushy--and guided me through options that matched what I was looking for. What impressed me most was how seamless and genuinely caring the whole process felt. Everyone seemed focused on making the visit positive and stress-free. Trend Eye Care II exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This was the first time in years that i got an exam and they were very patient and knowledgeable with everything. From my coverage to the right prescription that was needed for me and my daughter Lailah ! We will be returning for the future. We were greeted promptly, everything was neat and the overall experience was great. Thank you !
