Don't go here unless you like wasting your time. This place consistently overbooks appointments to the point where you can be there for three hours. Not only that, the people working there have the worst attitudes, especially towards people who have been waiting forever to see their eye doctor. When you finally get examined, they make you go back into the waiting room afterwards so they can get another patient in that room (and that does not save any time whatsoever). Needs better organization and better service.

Money hungry Dr that we saw in 2019, had vision insurance. Both my husband and myself had full exams. I went to schedule us for 2022 to find out my husband had an outstanding balance that we never received until we set up new appointments. My exam from 2019 was covered. My husband's was coded wrong and now we have different insurance so we can't re submit. We both had the same exams. He still wants his money 3 years later when it was his staff that messed up. He lost 2 clients and couldn't care less. We get our glasses from a Referring eye doctor who also referred to Twer who won't be referring anymore.

I've been coming here for years and have always had professional and exceptional service. The Dr even came to the hospital after hours to remove something from my eye once.

Very condescending doctor, not gentle with his words in the slightest. The receptionists are unhelpful and rude. Highly do not recommend.

Doctor is rude and unprofessional. He does not comply with FTC guidelines. Go elsewhere.
