The people at the front desk was welcoming and even the person who took her to the back who started everything. However , the Doctor was rude!!! I will not recommend this place for your children ! The lady didn't have no patience and she was rude. First she ask my child did she know her alphabet, my child response was (no) because she was referencing to the (E) that was far away that she couldn't see. However , when I told her that she knew her letters the lady stated she was going to go with what my child said!! She had a strong accent which was part of the problem . My child had no clue of what the lady was saying to her. When I try to assist she literally stood in front of me with her back facing me the entire time in front of my child so we couldn't see each other , RUDE!!!! When I explained it to my child she understood the process . She going tell me this is not psychology we can't make her do anything RUDE!!!! She needs to be able to identify her letters which she do !!!SHE CANT SEE THATS WHY WE WERE HERE!!!! Had she ask the simplest question with the letter E in front of her verses far away she would have told her that letter plus any other letter!!!! No patience you shouldn't except children. That's was definitely a waste of my time !!! Definitely won't recommend this place for children. I won't be back here, at all.

Ok, here it goes: The short woman that wears glasses...she is so helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, kind and down to earth...that one day, I'm going to give her a big fat gratuity that she will not be expecting, nor will she ever forget! She, is exactly what Customer Service is meant to be. It's a pleasure shopping here. If you've been at this establishment, you know for a fact that I'm telling the truth. Vision Optics, keep up the great work!

I have been going to this location for a few years now and I love the helpfulness of the staff and the selection that they have to offer for glasses. I've been waiting about a week now for my glasses and contacts to be ready which I am completely understanding of considering our troubling times. They accept health partners if you were wondering.

Love this place only thing it takes forever for the glasses to get back other then that very professional

This is my second time coming here! 1st time I went inside was to walk my dad for his exam for glasses! And my second visit I did an examen it was quick and waiting wasn't long it's worth going here! I'm going to wear glasses now ! They are professionals and they speak Spanish

This has been my go to eye doctor for a very long time. They prices are pretty good and your always pretty much in & out the staff & Doctors are all really nice
