The dr was great took his time to explain my eye sight and how eyes work made sure my prescription was correct so i could see as best as possible. The lady working the machine was very nice and made sure i was comfortable with all the machines and what they do and the lady that checked me out explained all the pricing and different add ons that were available to me and would work with my prescription. Overall i had a great experience great people and comfortable and professional vibes throughout the office. Will definitely be returning.

the staff and doctors there were amazing. very professional and courteous. everything went smooth and expedited quickly. they were very knowledgeable and helped me to understand every step of the process. can't say enough to express my gratitude to the entire staff from the front desk to the techs to the dr.s i was dreading the appointment and they made it a pleasant experience and helped keep my nerves in check. they have a client for life in me. if you need vision care they are your peeps.

So let me say this, the employees are wonderful and great and I love them! But generally why are we using AI to give prescriptions?? I noticed A VERY noticeable difference between my Ai given prescription and My human doctor given prescription and I'm amazed at it. so please put some consideration into this.

My daughters and I have been going to visionworks for 5+ years. They treat my daughters and I with care and respect while paying full attention to us and our needs individually. The doctor explained everything very well. We recently ordered 2 pairs of glasses for my youngest daughter and they were made very fast. The 1st pair was ready for pickup in 2 days and the 2nd pair was ready for pickup in about 5 days.
