My experience at this location was great. Greeted when entering the establishment. The associate who was my first point of contact in verifying my appointment and taking information from me was professional and pleasant. The associates thereafter that I made contact with were just as professional and kind. The ophthalmologist was friendly and I felt very relaxed during the exam. She was patient she was patient and kindly answered my questions . Definitely exhibited a good rapport. When selecting frames the staff was attentive with being sure I was ok and extending assistance if needed. The associate who was my final point of interaction was kind and took time to answers questions patiently. Again, my experience from beginning to ending was very good.

This place would not let me use my benefit from my insurance for a buy one get one half off frame. I don't see why it matters that the second one is half off or even free. I'm only using the Benefit on the first frame. Went somewhere else to get a better deal and it was 1/3 the price!

I ordered glasses in the middle on August. They were set to be ready on September 2nd. I would periodically call in and they would tell me they dont have my glasses yet. I waited an entire month, I was still calling every week but Today October 2nd. I decided to wait and talk to a representative and they said my glasses have been ready since August 26th. They said they been calling the wrong number and they did nt sent an email to say they are ready for pickup. Neglegance on the staff for not reaching out every. They dont care about people. And when im in the building they talk trash about the other patients. Unprofessional and nasty staff. I will be going elsewhere.

I wish I didn't go to this vision works location.. very unprofessional.. The doctors service was okay.. the selection of glasses are horrible..I just grabbed something bcuz I need glasses now... The customer service rep didn't know anything about AI glasses whattttt.. It was not that great of an experience and the rep at the desk appeared unhappy.. No enthusiasm..I digress.. ultimately I'm leaving a review bcuz they told me my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks and I called and was told by the unenthusiastic rep that they had to order my frames whattttt and that I'll have to wait more weeks.. This is truly unacceptable. And I already paid for my glasses..I am so irked.i have to say so.. But it feels like when you have a bunch of women in the office... All women... It seems like nothing gets done.. Women too focused on competing..I just want my glasses
