The lady who's supposed to take the measurements for the glasses is lazy. Because I'm in the computer she doesn't need to take measurements I don't know how because I have different glasses I try to explain she give me attitude she should put attention to the costumer and get off the phone

I went to another WalMart and purchased two pairs of glasses. I came shopping at the WalMart at Franklin Mills they have a Huge selections of glasses/ sunglasses . I asked questions to the associate named Fay she told and answered everything for me. I then with 60 day money back guarantee returned the two pairs from the other store. And ordered 4 pairs total from this store at Franklin Mills Kay is very professional and knowledgeable and is caring for us clients with our requests as clients for our needs. Our eyes are our main daily need every day and I Great appriate all Fay and Johnathon has done for me!!

Update to previous review from June 2023---I went back to the Walmart Vision Center in Franklin Mills. Great experience. Associate Faye has returned and provided a professional, positive experience. We were greeted and checked in promptly. I had several questions in regard to pricing and she was very patient in explaining everything. The eye Dr also continues to provide a good experience for patients.
We have been coming here for years. The past few times there's new staff. Not friendly. Make you feel as if you're bothering them. The actual eye Dr is still friendly and explains things and answers questions but please educate other staff on customer service.

The team at the vision center was awesome! Dr. Leung was so patient with my elderly parents. I so appreciate her professionalism and kindness to them. She was very competent and explained her care so well.
Fay, the manager was so accommodating, professional and treated all three of us with such kindness as well. The whole team worked well together even when they had so many walk ins and I made a mistake with our appointments. I highly recommend this team.
The place was clean and had a great selection of frames too. We will be back next year, thank you!!! Hope Walmart management retains Dr. Leung and Fay! Hard to find good people like this who represent your business so well!!

Worst customer service ever -- especially in the vision center. Don't waste a dime on their glasses, they are cheap and workers will be so rude to you when you call with questions. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
