This shop is great! Conveniently located, nice open design. Being able to get an eye exam and keep my records here is convenient and the selection of frames is diverse. The optometrists I've seen here have all been wonderful and FOH staff are very friendly and easygoing as well. They take my insurance and make the process very straightforward. Highly recommend!

I knew Warby Parker had a good selection of frames (my whole family wears them) so I went straight there when I had to get a new glasses. There was a great selection of stylish frames that fit my face. Customer service was impeccable and I was in and out in under 30 minutes!

Might be the last time I shop in person at this Warby. After previously purchasing glasses and having my frames adjusted here I expected to receive the same attention and customer service I had enjoyed.
Unfortunately, that was not the case this time around. Both, while purchasing and adjusting the glasses I purchased, I felt as though I was a burden on staff. No attempt was made to actually listen to my issues when adjusting my glasses. Instead I was quickly rushed out with semi adjusted glasses and smudges on the lens.

Had an excellent experience, got an eye exam as well as bought prescription lenses. So glad they now take Davis vision insurance. Before the exam they were very transparent as to what Davis would cover for the exam as well as the spectacles. Doctor was efficient and professional. Love the selection of frames in store and the person who helped me choose frames had a great aesthetic which is super helpful because I didn't know what I wanted . Highly recommend.

What an amazing store! Wish I discovered them earlier. Amazing collection of frames, super nice staff and a clean store. The girl who helped us was incredibly patient and gave me all the time to choose a frame. It was her lunch time and she still stood with us until we decided. The process was super easy and smooth. Highly recommend! Ended up choosing the Tobias frame in Laguna Crystal color. Beautiful.
