Was greeted in the most unprofessional way...."what you want?talk to me" ...I've had better conversation with strangers in the streets (who is not selling me a service)....
Gave my prescription....the experience got WORSE....
I was told by the attendant...who is NOT a doctor...that i don't need glasses because I can read the signs just fine.
WHAT????!!!!
In HER conclusion I'm just getting the glasses because the doctor wrote a prescription(who did a full exam and been my Dr for 18 years).
Then sarcastically told me to have a "great day now".... very unprofessional and rude.
DO NOT waste your time and energy here. She obviously will only help and serve who she chooses.
I get to choose where to spend my money. I choose to find somewhere professional and comfortable. Whitaker Eye IS NOT IT!!!!
