The entire team is always professional and friendly. The process for the eye exam is thorough and done efficiently. The optometrist takes time to explain my results and any needed changes to my prescriptions. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

Went for an eye exam and ended up taking 3 medical exams I did. not need. They give you a bunch of forms and when I asked if I needed those they say yes. At the end they say those are not covered by insurance and when you ask about they just go on saying "these are exams you authorized and they are mot covered by the insurance because you did not have a requirement for them" . In other words, not needed. Also, they said my insurance provided me with $250 for frames. I choose a frame, they say I need to pay extra $98. I checked online and the frame was less than $100. So they are basically charging $350 for frames that cost $100.

Will not be returning and do not recommend! Happy to see other reviews that mimic my experience. Extra charges for nonsense is 100% true. Spent so much money for a pair of glasses--a good optician would have not recommended me to purchase them based on lens size & my prescription. The glasses do not even function properly or fit my needs. Felt like I was a bother to the staff any time I entered their office.

I've been going to Wrigley Eye Associates for over 10 years. Might be over 15 years. Dr. Karen Wrigley always gets my vision to the best sight whether it is with contact lenses or glasses. I am very near sighted so normally the lenses in my glasses would be thick. Wrigley Eye is able to make them thinner, and add other features so they change to sunglasses, and reduce nighttime glare when driving. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
I highly recommend Wrigley Eye Associates.

Be aware: they charge separately for an eyeglass prescription and contact lens prescription and claim that only the eyeglass prescription is covered by insurance. That leads to a $100+ fee just to get your contact lens prescription renewed. Never seen this before.
I arrived about 5 minutes early for my appointment. Only one other patient was in the office, yet I waited an hour to be seen. Then I waited two months for my contact lens prescription to actually be shared with me (sending multiple emails asking for it) -- they only mailed me my eyeglass prescription, which wasn't helpful to me.

Front desk was very nice but I did choose to leave before my appointment due to the previously undisclosed "mandatory" tests and additional fees. Only after asking if I could receive a regular eye exam did they tell me that was an option, which you wouldn't know from the forms that are given as it states one of them is required. I may have been overreacting but it felt off to me so I left.
