A-Boss Optical

I highly recommend A-Boss Optical for glasses repairs. I took my metal frames to have a broken nose pad arm replaced. They were very helpful and transparent about the process, explaining that due to the type of soldering and metal, there would likely be some scorch marks left on the frame (as you can see in the photos, this is very minimal). I have been wearing the repaired frames for a month now, and have not had any issues. I am extremely appreciative for the care taken and more than satisfied with the outcome!

Not only excellent choice of frames, every place has frames!!! However, no establishment can compair to the customer service that is provided by Boss staff!!! I have been to Braddock and Brookline offices, both provide superb assistance, not only in selection, adjustments anything if needed. I highly recommend Boss!!! It's the employees that make it #1in my book!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love A Boss. Friendly, affordable service, and they can even cut lenses to fit whatever frames, so you can order cheap frames for small children from Amazon and get affordable lenses! I will use them every chance I get!

Today, Friday June 20th 2025 - One of the arms (temple) on my eyeglasses broke off and I quickly needed it repaired as I am leaving the country going on vacation on Sunday..I came here and spoke with a really nice lady ( I think she is the owner- sorry I didn't catch her name) BUT this doll fixed it by just simply replacing the entire frame and just putting my old lens in the new frame for only $40.00 !! She literally saved me - last min. It was so quick- was in there less than 10 mins. She even shaved down my lens so it will fit in the new frames! I'm telling you this lady provided me A+ customer service !! I called around and this place was the ONLY eyeglass repair company in the Southside area that was able to do it Quickly and at a reasonable price! I will most definitely start coming here for any and all eyeglass repairs and highly recommend Everyone to come here !! She was such a pleasure to speak to you and was so helpful !! She literally saved me right before my trip to Toronto Canada in 2 days !! Now I can go enjoy my vacation Thanks Again!!

I had a pair of broken glasses and didn't know where to take them. I found A-Boss and they fixed them in 5 minutes for a reasonable price! Highly Recommend!

I have 3 pairs of glasses from here. I'm fully satisfied and will continue as a customer. Prices are good as well. Before I discovered this place I got my exams and glasses at Wal-mart. Now I just get my exam there.
