I had such a great experience at European Wax Center! I went in for a Brazilian wax and Torrie was absolutely amazing! She made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Her technique was quick, smooth, and professional -- honestly one of the best waxes I've ever had.
On top of that, Torrie and I had such a great conversation! She's super friendly, easy to talk to, and it turns out she's from Steubenville -- which made it feel even more like chatting with a friend.
If you're thinking about booking an appointment, definitely ask for Torrie -- she's the best! I'll definitely be coming back.

I absolutely love the Settlers Ridge location. If you need a wax specialist that makes you feel at home and super comfortable, book with Sami. She is the sweetest and best wax specialist hands down! Every time I'm in there I feel like I'm in the wax room with my best friend. She also listens to whatever you want to tell her lol personal life or anything about waxing. She always makes good recommendations for products as well. She's the best for my Brazilians and armpits, but I know she does everything else as well! Highly recommend booking with Sami for all of your wax needs!
