I have been going to McCauley Celin for 25 years. Wow, I can't believe it's been that long. They are the best ever. The doctors are so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They actually listen to your issues and work to resolve. Twice I have had an emergency and they got me in within a couple hours. The office staff are all so nice and helpful. I highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else. Top notch care.

While visiting Pittsburgh from out of town, I called for a same-day appointment with an urgent issue involving my left eye, honestly not expecting to be seen. To my surprise and so much gratitude, I was given an appointment right away. From the moment I arrived, the staff was exceptional, kind, compassionate, attentive, and truly caring. I am incredibly grateful for how welcoming and reassuring they were during a stressful time. Dr. Bridget Lorenz took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I fully understood my treatment. The office even went the extra mile by helping to try and schedule a follow-up with a specialist. I am beyond thankful for the outstanding care I received and highly recommend Dr. Lorenz and her amazing team.

Nothing but good things to say. I've been going for eye exams to doctors for 50 years now. This practice is top notch. Excellent staff. Friendly and efficient. They actually know what they're doing. And that says a lot these days. Dr. Lorenz correctly diagnosed a condition with mites that several other doctors missed somehow. To say that has improved my life is an understatement. My whole family comes here now.

Every aspect of my care with McCauley Celin was exceptional. I booked my appointment online, and received a follow-up call shortly thereafter. The techs and Dr. Lorenz were efficient, professional, and kind, chatting with me and keeping me informed throughout the exam.
No one tried to upsell me on anything, or push procedures that I didn't want during this visit (e.g., dilating my pupils). Their care transformed an appointment I was dreading (I'd not had an eye exam in decades) into a pleasant, informative experience in a lovely setting. I also want to give a shout-out to her amazing techs. They are always professional, efficient, and make sure that every part of the visit goes smoothly. Their kindness and attention to detail do not go unnoticed. They put me on a pair of Silhouette blue light blockers for my day to day office work and my eyes have never been more grateful. If you are on a computer for the bulk of your day, these are a must have.
