Dr. Randall Beatty was awesome and really helped me understand what is going on with my eyes. However, the staff that I have dealt with after my office visit with getting my much needed prescription filled has been absolutely horrendous. A woman by the name of Mary called me after two calls to the office regarding the medication I was prescribed. She was very rude and was of no help at all. The prescription I need requires the doctors office to provide the paperwork to the pharmaceutical company's pharmacy. The office refuses to help me. I recommend Dr. Beatty, but the office staff is rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.

I've been going there at least twice a year for a little bit more than six and a half years. After recent events, i am not sure i want to go back. I have no complain about the doctors. They are competant, professional, and friendly. But the office staff isn't. I am filling out the same paperwork everytime, as if i am a new patient. And recently, after requesting copies of my medical records, i was informed that after 7 years they were destroyed. I've made a couple of attempts to get an explanation, but not one office staff has even sent me as much as a letter. So word of advice for all patients...after every visit, request a copy of your medical record.

My elderly mother seen this doctor in Kittanning while speaking to the office help regarding the current status of her care this little fart of a doc overheard part of the conversation and while seeing my mother went off on a tangent that was unrelated to the actual conversation. I find this assumption and his response not only to be unprofessional but also lack intelligence. This doc has no interest in quality care. My mother has left for another doctor and his office the help berated her for making a poor choice. Just goes to show poor culture starts at the top.

I can't say enough good things about this practice. Yes, you may have to wait a bit longer but it is because you are treated as a patient and not a number! Dr. Lauer and her staff are wonderful! After having each eye operated on for glaucoma and cataracts, I can see clearly and still receive patient centered care.

I've needed this office for.kore.than 2 years due to retina and cataract issuea...Dr. Lewen is very knowledgeable and explains his work carefully. Dr. Paranjape has an extraordinarily calm demeanor and excellent skill. The office staff is very knowledgeable. It is a busy office though so prepare to wait a bit.

I love this practice Dr Lewin and staff are amazing. I would not trust my eyesight with any one else This group is truly professional beyond expectations, my husband had cataract surgery with Dr. Condon and was extremely successful. I have been with the practice for over 10 years, that says a lot.

We've been going there for YEARS! No complaints & we see Dr Freeman, Dr Happ, Dr Lewen. Just allow plenty of time, don't plan on getting in/out quickly. Ppl who complain may not be happy with the wait, or one experience with a person who is ultra busy. My husband and I love Dr Happ.

Extremely poor directions to office and very long walk for seniors. After visit, received shorter directions we should have been given initially.
Dr Alunni appeared congenial at first, but became annoyed at our questions for a very serious condition. He counted off on his fingers how many explanations he had given us. He was too rushed and too insensitive to work with seniors.
