Just had the worst experience here with the most obnoxious front desk worker. From the moment I walked in the door she was NOT in it to help me, the patient. Instead of working to MAKE SURE I have a benefit, she worked her hardest and LOUDEST to make sure I did not qualify. Whether she was right or not isn't the issue, it's poor customer service, loud and obnoxious behavior, and poor attitude that made me walk out before I even had the exam. My wife went here and had a good experience so I was really excited (I've been burned by a couple eyeglass places- cheaply made glasses and poor post buy service), but it turned sour. Shame on you, lady. I wag my finger at thee.

I had so much fun at this eye appointment. The staff at the Pittsburgh pleasant hills America's Best is amazing. Friendly, efficient And all the positives that can possibly go with that. The very friendly and competent doctor gave me a very thorough eye exam. Chris and Eden and Susan, as well as the two other ladies that were there were so welcoming. I had fun there and I got an amazingly beautiful pair of glasses that I can't wait to wear. I can't recommend these folks enough. I give them 50 stars if I could

Received an eye exam to get contacts. Asked them prior if they had my updated prescription because I have astigmatism and they said yes, plus I was getting an eye exam so they would find that out eventually anyways. Received the wrong trial contacts without a astigmatism and sent me the wrong contacts in the mail. When I asked them what happened they tried telling me that I didn't have a astigmatism, only for my glasses. Meanwhile I've had one for four years. Very rude and unprofessional over the phone when trying to resolve the issue and tried giving me issues to have them refunded. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Yes they have the availability to be seen for an exam but only because they jam pack everyone in the waiting room and you wait for an hour or longer to be seen and or checkout .

Last glasses picture background is road. I purchase online, I DIDNT BUY FROM THEM. Everything was good overall, but I believe they are trying to make money benefits from your glasses functionalities. People who doesnt know what type of glasses functionalities I am going to explain. * Single Vision--) Normal prescription Glasses types. @@@Lens Types * Clear Regular clear color lenses * Blue Light protection This is protect good from electronic devices, basically if you look at 10 hour non stop laptop, probably after 3-4 hour later your eyes will feel pain. But if you have this your eyes will not feel pain you can continue to look at up to 10 hour(depends on person duration may change) * Transitions Turns Black or preferred color under sun light so it is kind of sunglasses and regular glasses together. Also different types exist you can see in picture. * SunGlasses Regular sunglasses with prescription or without. I purchase everything together but they are not added blue light protection in it. I explained and they say no because of your old glasses frame color you assume, no because of your bla bla. Now I am sharing the pictures and you guys give decision. My old glasses and new glasses I purchase both has extra lens on top. Blue color frame is my old glasses and black color is new. As you can see in pictures, blue color frame regular lens get very blue under sunlight. And that one extra one doesnt since I didnt put it. But black color frame glasses it doesnt get blue and it shows directly white color both of them. Even it is exist it is so low quality value. They are trying to save money. My eye exam went well in a timely manner. After the exam I was forced to wait 2 HOURS to be checked out! There was just 1 person doing checkout. I understood that all of the other employees had called off sick. I understand that situation and that is not the issue. The representative that was left was loud and didn't seem to know the job too well. She also chatted and laughed with the customers as she waited on them! This is unacceptable with a waiting room full of customers!!! I have NEVER waited 2 hours before! If I didn't REALLY need those glasses I would have left.

Find another place if you can!! The ONLY reason they get 2 stars is because 2 employees were nice enough to warrant it. Randy and Veronica....thank you! This place is a TOTAL nightmare. My "appointment" was at 11 am. I did not even see the Dr. until 12:15!! that is outrageous. Didn't leave until 1:05 PM! I wish i had read the reviews prior to going and maybe i would have showed up late. i guess "running late" is customary here since i see another person was there 2 hours too. I was never in any other eye place this long in my entire life. there were plenty of people working there, not sure what they were doing since most of them walked around while i was there. 1 Dr. seeing patients would be acceptable if they did not "overbook' the schedule. it is clear they try to get in as many bodies as they can here. Dread going back!

Shawnell and Eden are the best!! I needed my glasses slightly adjusted and could not get to my regular eye doctor. They were lovely and extremely helpful. 10/10 location and people!!
