I don't know why this place doesn't have a 5 stars!!!! This place is the best customer service I have ever been to. From entering the door to going and getting my eye examined. The doctor was so nice. The lady who helped me with my insurance was excellent. Gave me advice on which frame looks better. I just got a call before writing this review, Tamara called wanted to see how I was doing with my new glass if I need adjustments and or have any questions. Truly amazing service! I do recommend this location. I drove from Ohio just to get my glasses done here. Will be only coming to this location. Thank you Americans best staff!!

I was truly taken aback by the professionalism, customer service, and honest hospitality. I've never felt more welcomed in a medical office in all of my long years of life. I'm truly grateful for the spectacular experience given to me at this America's Best. From the front desk, to the doctor, and the sales representatives. They all gave me honest and wonderful feedback and helped me save money at the same time. The employees who stuck out to me the most were Jenifer, Feliciti, Alex, and Raegan. Thank you for this wonderful experience. I will most definitely be returning.

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The staff's warmth and knowledge truly set this place apart, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. I felt genuinely cared for and completely confident in the care I received. Highly recommend!

I have been going here for years upon years. Even reccomended them to my wife. Recently waiting times have gotten longer. This past visit my wife waited OVER AN HOUR for a follow up. Someone came in AFTER her and was seen before. I will be seeking a different eye doctor now. This was the final straw. I also was given the wrong prescription recently, and my wife has a contact on her left eye that does not fit. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Took my aunt for her eye doctor appointment and was told they would have to see if the doctor would see her. If I call and ask if us being a few minutes (<10 minutes) late would be a problem and am told no. Then I expect that the doctor received said message and didn't get to decide when we get there whether she can honor the appoinment. I should have been told before driving 30 minutes there when I called I would need to reschedule. Poor customer communication.

Super unhappy with this place. I walked in there without insurance. Paid for their eyecare club for the discounts and eye exam. Picked out two pair of glasses to be told they don't include the eye exam on designer frames.. decided whatever I still wanted them. So I paid a little over 600 dollars for two pairs of glasses. I have a really high prescription so it's hard finding frames for how thick my lenses turn out. I went against my better judgement on a larger lense frame along with another frame I knew I would like. I was told I could exchange them if they didn't work out. My glasses come in and I go pick them up. First of all they tried to only give me 1 cleaning cloth (I bought two pair of ray ban frames and they tried to keep the second cloth) eye roll. Secondly, as I predicted the pair I was on the fence about was huge and heavy and uncomfortable. I figured no big deal. I will exchange them for another pair of the same frames as the other I got. Get there and am told that I would have to pay an additional 100 some odd dollars to exchange them for those because I basically lost the discounts and can only pick out a pair that equaled what paid. I went to get the original frames to show the lady they were more than 99 dollars.. oh how convenient, they were discontinued! So ya. I wont be back. Don't listen to their crap about bringing stuff back in if you dont like them. Go with your gut if you dont think a frame is going to work out for you. I spent close to 800 dollars on the eye exam and glasses just to be treated like trash. Ill be going elsewhere from here on out.

I was scammed out of five dollars for delivery of the glasses I had to call to tell them to mail the glasses to me.After I paid the money. Very unprofessional , they did not meet the deadline.
