My second visit here and I have no complaints. The woman checking me was very nice. The tech who ran my tests and prepped me for the doctor was polite and knowledgable. Patrick was amazing. Super helpful, well spoken and personable! My yearly visit was already scheduled by the time I checked out. I was in and out for a full exam and picked out glasses within 30 minutes. Great place with tons of options.

My experience at americas best was great ! Jacob was my America's best rep. He was Very kind and very knowledgeable about my new glasses and very informative that I needed and updated eye exam ! So he got me appointment that day it went good! The Jacob helped me with my new glasses and gave me good solid price on glasses and eye exam.Ab should be proud that Jacob is apart of AB! I had a great experience will ALL of the staff. The doctor listened to my problems and I got an update prescription with no issues. Jacob was very thorough with pricing during the process of selecting glasses. I was very happy with his service.

Patrick was great - really took the time to listen to my needs and help me pick the right frame and lenses. He was knowledgeable and patient, and honestly made me feel like America's Best actually cares about me as a person not just a customer!

I called in to ask questions about my contacts and how much the cost and shipping may be. Rose was so kind to sit on the phone and explain everything to me and even offered to check additional things having to do with my insurance. I wasn't able to place my order over the phone by using insurance, so she could've easily told me to just come on in and explain it all then but she didn't and I appreciate that. These are the type of customer service moments that make a difference. Might I add, I've always had a positive experience at this location.

Wonderful experience! Patrick did a wonderful job going above and beyond calling stores to get me new frames for a discontinued pair. Also helped talk me through transitional lenses vs sunglasses. Top customer service and customer appreciation!

I've been a patient here for years. Never again. The received my contact 6 days prior to me coming in to pick out glasses. ( I ran out of time to do it after the exam). When I asked why I was t contacted, I was told their text probably went to spam. Huh? Anyway. It took two staff and 34 minutes to find said contacts. Amy, the manager hands them to me and says have a good day. These are the starter lenses as I've never had this type and was told I needed a class. AND she didn't take the two pair of glasses I picked out that were in front of her. Anyway, Amy scheduled my glass. I come back on class day. Nope. I'm not in their system for the class. Instead of doing class, another staff takes my back to do an exam. I am beyond annoyed at this point. I inform staff they have my contacts and I need the class. Nope. No availability. I am vocal about my disappointment and decide I need to leave. Oh. Now suddenly Amy has time to do a class. I passed I left. Never again.

Patrick at 6292 Northway Drive Pittsburgh, was very helpful from making the appt to helping is with our glasses. He made everything very easy. Great customer service from him also. Will definitely be back next time. Great employee.
