Doctors are great, but they really need a new system for billing. I had to leave 4 voicemails and every time I called they weren't able to help me for close to 8 months. They weren't able sending notices that they'd send the bill to collections but there was no way for me to pay it. They don't have an online system, they didn't return calls. It was really frustrating trying to pay my bill.

Beautiful office with plenty of parking / easy access. The staff was professional and efficient in every way. Dr Dreier is exceedingly professional and goes out of his way to listen, solve problems and find solutions.

The doctors really take their time to give you a thorough exam and to explain what they're doing and what issues you might have and the staff is exceptionally kind and friendly. Also, no painful eye puff test for glaucoma! The only negative I can think of is that most of the frames they carry are pretty pricey designer frames, but they are happy to give you your prescription to get frames elsewhere. I've also never had any billing problems and the lab they use is very prompt. Never thought going to the eye doctor would be a pleasant experience, but here it is.

I had a wonderful experience here. I liked the different styles of frames, I got something unique and good quality. Linda took time to research the best way for me to use my insurance for contacts and glasses and was very patient.

The front desk staff as well as the doctors are all very friendly and very thorough. The office is always very clean, the wait times are normal and reasonable. I've been a patient here for quite sometime and have always had a wonderful experience.

The best eye exam and glasses I have ever had. We worth the drive from the South Hills. You may get cheaper, but really, it's you eyes. You leave knowing you have received the best eye exam you have ever had. Everybody there is friendly and helpful. Try it and you will never go elsewhere.

This was my first time going to an Optometrist and I was very nervous and stressed. Dr. Susan Csonka and her staff were beyond helpful, informative, and knowledgeable in the field. They answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and gave me a thorough exam. The facility is extremely clean and very nice.Even though I ended up having to be referred to a different specialist, I still had an amazing experience and learned a lot about the eye issues I was dealing with. Csonka Optometric is a perfect example of how all Doctors office should be.

The office staff is really rude when I told them the prescription they gave to me might be wrong. I requested to talk to their manager, but the person said they don't have manger. So I put my feedback here. I was given a prescription after my checking and nobody told me that is for frame glasses not for contact at that time. but I have told them I usually wear contact. I used the prescription they gave to me to order my contacts. As the result, the contacts do not fit. I called the Csonka and complain why they don't give me the contact prescription or let me know the contact prescription is different with the one they gave to me, then the lady hung up on me rudely. Update: The doctor called me back and said they will send the correct contacts and prescription to me.
