Hands down the best eye exam I have ever had! Dr Kairys is the only doctor that has taken the time to explain the results of pre test scans, what my eyeglass prescription means and to thoroughly review those same results with me for my 10 year old. He didn't rush or make me feel as if we were just one of the many patients he had to see that day (or most importantly like a sale was the end state of the visit). As long as he is on staff you have my family's business.

The ladies who worked with us were wonderful. Alison was fun and so nice and made the exam so easy- she explained exactly what would happen on each machine and also how the doctor on the screen would happen. She did great. The lady who helped us to order our eyeglasses was very, very knowledgeable and friendly. They were busy, but they all did such a great job. I wish I could remember the ladies name who helped us order the glasses.

I had a wonderful experience today with my exam and selecting my frames, lenses and contacts. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful from the moment I walked in until I left. The initial reception and check in was great, the doctor was through and so kind and listened to all my concerns. At the end Amy helped me find exactly what I needed and explained exactly what I needed for the type of lenses I was looking for. I was so glad I came to the Robinson location. Highly recommended!!

I have been really satisfied with the service & the product quality of the eye glasses at this provider ! The staff is professional , friendly & very helpful at coordinating my insurance benefits & explaining them . I feel that Dr.Klimchak & staff provided a very thorough & detailed eye exam. I love that they have Optimap , versus having old fashioned eye drops to dilate eyes ugh! The selection of frames are fantastic & many were priced at or below my frame allowance! So no problem finding a frame you like & can afford !
I tried a different eye glass provider 2years ago ,as was in between eye insurance, so was looking for the cheapest alternative & was not as satisfied at all. Which is why I went back & I highly recommend this LensCrafters at RobinsonMall.
