Thank you Dr. Telega! I just completed my maintenance session with IPL for dry eye and want to thank you again for a care plan for dry eye that I had been suffering with. Your treatment plan has been a game changer for me! Through the course of the IPL treatment plan, I began to notice an immediate relief from the pain and discomfort. The IPL series has never been uncomfortable. I have now graduated to maintenance...around six months after the initial four sessions. I can only say that I feel so fortunate to have such a dedicated, compassionate eye specialist that offers this cutting edge type of care. I am also grateful that you conduct thorough eye exams for me yearly. You explain so well not only potential vision issues but take the time to explain potential health issues that can be picked up through the back of the eye. Needless to say....I feel fortunate to have you in my corner!!

Without a doubt, the best dry eye specialist in the region. I drive 90 minutes each way to see Dr Telega, and am so thankful that I found her! Knowledgeable, caring, enthusiastic about her practice, and always has reviewed the very latest evidence based therapies, in a field that is constantly changing. I can't say enough about how much she has helped me-- with treatment options, scleral contacts, and just the confidence of knowing I can always count on her expertise!

The best eye doctor in Pittsburgh!!. My mother (Lucie) is from Haiti and doesn't speak very good English,. At every appointment Dr Alicia takes time to explain everything to her and really show her she really care for her and her health. I would definitely recommend her! 10/10.

Finding Dr. Telega is probably one of the best things to have happened to me in 2020- no exaggeration! She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and generous with her time. She always listens carefully and explains her process in detail, weighing pros and cons of each treatment option. I've been coming to her office for about six months now for dry eye (specifically MGD), and she has gone above and beyond for every single visit. Dr. Telega is noticeably passionate about her practice, and I absolutely cannot recommend her enough!

I have been going to eye specialists for 8 years and Dr. T is one of the best. Between her knowledge, bedside manner, and the fact she genuinely cares about her patients she performs the best job around. Dr. T will make sure you leave with proper diagnoses and how to treat your problem. Every visit I have had with her never felt rushed and she comes up with the best (and different) solutions (from my previous doctors). A+++.
