I had a great appointment at Pearl Vison Robinson. Josh was wonderful and very helpful. Dr. Claudia Wendel was fantastic as always! Very kind and caring. She truly cares about her patients and is very passionate about her job. Thank you for the great service.
Dr Wendel very good, explained everything in detail. Would be helpful if the Pearle Vision system would allow printing out complete results (including glaucoma test and laser scan) rather than just the new scrip
Dr. Claudia Wendel was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. She provided a lot of great information about how the eyes work too.
Great customer service. Friendly. Really helpful with all questions including insurance. Helpful when picking out frames. Recommend.
Waited more than 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Doctor spent more time trying to guilt me into buying a pic of my son's eye, that's not covered by insurance, then doing the actual exam. Then when I went to sign the prescription, for some reason, it was higher than I expected. The doc said nothing during the exam to indicate his right eye had gotten worse. After asking her about it, she then changed it back to the previous prescription.
Later, when sitting with the attendant, I had to explain to them that my insurance covers contacts and a frame OR lenses and a frame. This seemed like a totally new concept to them. After explaining that I wanted the contacts and frame only, they couldn't properly provide me with cost details. Just numbers on a calculator. After spending 3 HOURS there my patience was over and asked to email me the information. Before I left I asked for his PD. She refused, even though I've always been provided with this, regardless of my purchasing lenses. Fed up, I got out and left with nothing but a waste of an afternoon and the same prescription I had from last year.
TOTAL BUST - Consider going somewhere else. This place is ran like my son's lemonade stand.
Kara and Dr. Wendel make you feel welcome from the second you walk in! Genuinely kind humans! Great experience!
Dr was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She listened to my concerns and took action to resolve them
Terrible service. Had no record of my appointment. Waited for almost 2 hours to see dr Wendell. Said she couldn't figure out how to get my contact prescription. Was supposed to email it to me today. Never got it. She's not qualified for her job, and the other employees have no idea what doing. A call will be murk the appropriate offfice. My insurance was charged. Very perturbed. Get me my script for contacts or I file charges. I'
