I've been seeing Dr. Ross for most of a decade, now. The service I get in this little office is better than any chain I've tried. Insurance and billing are a breeze, and the selection of frames is far better and more currant than you'd expect from much bigger storefronts.

I chose to go here after reading the reviews. The receptionist was so kind and loved how she handled everything for me. She took care of my insurance details so I didn't have to pull any of the cards upon reaching. She's kind and amazing.
The doctor was extremely patient and great at listening to your concerns. Awesome experience overall and will recommend any one who wants to find an optometrist in Pittsburgh. Also, they have a great collection of frames, everything looks like it is carefully chosen.

You can always get an appointment and they have a great frame selection. To top it off - I wasn't going to be home in time to pick up my new frames before our vacation...and one of the wonderful employees (I wish I could remember her name!) dropped them off at my house on her way home. Dr. Ross, Ginger and Elaine are like family, as I've been a patient for 25 years. Dr. Ross is an excellent optometrist, diagnostician; plus he has a patient and thorough personality--- especially in my case; because due to a keratoconus eye issue, I am not easy to fit accurately.) Ginger and Elaine are quite skilled with all kinds of health insurance issues and helpful in picking out the best frames for new glasses. This practice is top notch in every category. Highly recommend.

I am forever ruined by Dr Ross. This was the easiest and best experience I've had at an optometrist office in the 15+ years of seeing an optometrist. Quick eye exam, no secondary appointment, no hassle contacts pick up. Never took out my wallet. Do I have amazing insurance or is it this office? I don't even remember if I filled out paperwork! Amazing! What am I supposed to do when I move away? Just not move? Come back regularly? Interview future optometrists? Go undercover?

Just wanted some new glasses. My insurance is taken here so I thought I'd stop by. They were wonderful. Showed me the glasses that would be completely covered by my insurance. Complemented and helped with my twi kids that came with me. They were amazing. And I love my glasses. I'm planning on only going here in the future.
