Never again. This was a demoralizing experience, for what should have been a basic eye exam. Before writing this, I even took a couple days just to reflect on what happened. Without going into all the details, I can say that it was my first and last visit with Dr Mantel.

Dr. Mantel was thorough and explained every step clearly during the exam. Melissa was especially exceptional--kind, patient, and incredibly helpful while I chose frames. Her thoughtful gesture of giving me her bracelet, as she knew I was going through a tough time, was truly heartfelt. The world needs more people like her.
