I don't like the fact that the individual who applied dilating drops into my eyes had touched my eye lids with her bare fingers. I did not see her wash her hands beforehand. Also the person who answers the phone to take appointments is somewhat rude. Asks about what my plan is, without stipulating if she is inquiring about Health Ins vs a Vision Plan. Obviously, by default, I'm going to be referring to my VISION PLAN. Finally, when I inquired about what costs I would incur regarding the most basic of contact lens plan coverage, I was told I HAD to call my vision plan provider. She refused to confirm my coverage and what my costs would be beforehand. I have a "right to know about healthcare costs" BEFORE going in for my appointment. But this office is not interested in assisting me what-so-ever. On the other hand, I hung up and called a local eye care center and the woman was able to, VERY QUICKLY look up and confirm my benefits and coverage, BEFORE even scheduling an appt.

My wife and I love the service and attention to detail given by Dr Simonton, the front desk staff! Everyone is pleasant, they took the time to answer any and all questions that we have. We decided to choose from the frames available here this time, instead of going to an outside vendor. Antonio assisted us in choosing our frames, and we look fabulous! He really knows his stuff about not only choosing what is functional, but what also makes you feel good about wearing prescription eyeglasses!

After my eye exam I visited the Eye Physicians Optical were I was served by Antonio. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He even picked out the best style frames for me! Found exactly what I was looking for (magnetic clip-on sun shades) when no other stores offered this option. Definitely going back again. Thank you Antonio!

Had the best experience here. Antonio is amazing. Loved how he took the time to explain what to expect with my new eyeglass prescription before i got them and when i picked them up. Loved how he allowed my to choose the frames i wanted. Very sweet person very personable.

I recently had my eye exam and needed new glasses; Antonio chose at least 30 options for me to try and helped me make the decision which pair to go with. Which glasses look best on a person is such a big decision since we wear them daily, and Antonio is priceless! Thanks for the great experience

After an initial visit with Dr. Simonton for a new prescription, I chose to buy my glasses from an outside provider. Soon after receiving them, I started having troubles seeing when working on my laptop. I returned to Dr. Simonton, who listened to my concerns, asked several questions and quickly identified the problem. He handed me over to his optometrist, Antonio, who adjusted my glasses. He told me that might solve the problem, but that also, I might need to return to where I bought the glasses to have them reorder the lenses. He took the time to write a note to the glasses store to explain the problem. He encouraged me to return to their office for help if the glasses store couldn't or wouldn't solve my problem. I was totally impressed with both Dr. Simonton's and Antoinio's dedication, sensitivity and knowledge. They took time with me and stayed with me until the problem was resolved. I definitely felt like all of my needs were addressed and that I was in capable and caring hands.

I had a checkup with Dr. Simonton and he was very thorough and kind. The staff were all very friendly as well! Antonio was very helpful at helping me pick new glasses and fixing/cleaning my old ones! 5 stars all around!

Got vision checked and ordered glasses. Glasses were less expensive than other places I have been. No wait to see doctor or for glasses. Have wide selection of frames.
