Does excellent work. I have bought many Designer frames and he has done a great job of putting both transition and prescription lenses in them for us. Very pleasant to work with imp professional. We would never go anywhere else.

I stopped in on 6/4 to have them fix my glasses which were a mess and needed straightened out. Mind you I don't go to this shop for exams or my glasses but it was the easiest place for me to get to get the glasses repaired. They treated me like I was customer for years and took pride in the work they did as Joe kept making tweaks until they were perfect and even improved the overall fit on my face. Thank you again!

My son and I have been clients to this family optical business for many years. We feel like we are part of their family we have been going to them for so long. Recently they have stopped taking our insurance and I refuse to go anywhere else. My son is special needs and he is familiar with them. We love this family and going to their optical business. They are reasonably priced on their products and service and have a nice size inventory to choose from. Thank you for your many years of hospitable services offered for my son and I.

I really liked the eye doctor! The rest of the staff needs to improve their communication skills, just cuz your old is not ok to be rude. They also screwed up my lenses after 3 weeks of waiting for them and still have not fixed the problem. They do not give refunds but do not try to make it right. My brother has also been waiting for almost a month for his glasses. When I called to make sure they took my insurance they said yes until I got there and was told they do not. I paid out of pocket because I needed them and still have to pay for a new pair cuz of their mistake. I will never go there again. Very unsatisfied!

I have been going here for as long as I can remember. I have pretty good eye coverage and can go anywhere I want. Joe and his wife always make sure I get my maximum insurance coverage. They have a great two for one special. I normally get a spare pair and sunglasses. Nice frame selection. You need to check the hours of operation. I normally stop in when I need something vs calling. I believe in supporting locally owned small businesses. If it means waiting a little while longer or more patience on my part. It is worth it in my opinion.

Not very friendly, once they realized i just wanted a script and didnt want to buy their over priced glasses and look at their frames they had sitting since the 80s they basically ignored me. after i got my eye exam it took me 45 minutes to get my script and i was the only one in the office. they just werent in a hurry at all. after taking my script to another location to order glasses i was informed that my script was very wrong and they would reneed to test me and give me much more powerful script. ive left 4 messages on eye to eyes machine and they wont get back to me. im sure at one time this place was fine but they are older now and i feel on their way out. they really just dont care about customers, just wanted to hit my insurance company for the eye exam and be done with it. i will never come here again and considering i worked next door for 3 years and spoke to joe almost everyday for him to not remember me or even say hello was "eye" opening. take your money elsewhere theres 12 places to get an eye exam within 1 mile of this location.

They overcharged me for my classes. I called my insurance company who verified this. I left 4 messages because they never answer the phone and never got a call back. When I went in to receive my refund, I was told I paid the correct amount until we went through each charge and they realized I did over pay. They also wrote down my number incorrectly from the form I filled out and I left my number on every voicemail. I would not return. The doctor was wonderful, but not the front staff.

I have been going here for years. At the beginning of the school year, I get my granddaughters glasses. They have an amazing 2 for 1 offer. She loves the choice of frames. She likes the doctor and staff, and so do I. Peace!
