I cannot say enough positive about my experience at the Robinson, Pa location. I had an appointment on 1/14/26. I haven't been to the eye doctor in a few years and I desperately needed an exam and new glasses. They were professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. Come to find out, they are running on a skeleton crew! You never would have known! The manager, the doctor, the optician.. every single person there, there was only 4, they handled themselves professionally and with grace. My husband recently had an appointment at another eye place in the mall and the experience there was horrible. So, thank you to the staff at Eyeglass World! We will be back, no question. Exceptional service!!!

I was VERY impressed with the ENTIRE experience, let me explain... I was WAY overdue for an eye exam & figured I'd better make an appointment before the end of the year. I happened to notice EyeGlass World when I went to Sam's Club & Walmart. I wanted to make an appointment because Sam's Club Optical dept didn't have openings for several months. I looked online for info & found out that I could book my 1st appointment online, which was VERY convenient. I got an appointment a couple days away. I've never been to ANY EyeGlass World before & I'm gonna tell you that the 3 person staff there that day (the doctor & 2 girls: Eve & Tami, I think) were some of the NICEST employees I've EVER met, NO joke. The short hair blonde, did most of the appt with me, we were giggling & laughing, like we knew each other for years. I just met her! Then I seen the woman doctor, who was really nice & considerate to my personal needs. She answered all my questions & it did not even feel like a doctor appt. Then I get my papers and I am going to check out and I have been obsessed with my Coach brand eyeglasses and ONLY wanted to get new prescription lenses, until I met the girl w/short darker hair (Tami, I think?) that works out front. I truly think I have a good eye for the latest trends & fashion, and I'm very set in my ways. Anyways, we started looking at frames. They were completely the opposite look of mine, but she ALSO has a good eye for fashion. She showed me these Michael Kors frames & I don't normally wear his stuff & now I'm in love with these frames. See pic of them. Honest to god, she had the same opinion, that I had, about every pair of frames that I tried on. I made her give me her opinion first just to make sure she wasn't bs'ing & she was dead on! My point here is... It was an all-around great experience, from beginning to end, especially for an eye exam. I'll be going back when I need my next eye exam. P.s. The staff there, works well with the public, which I can't say about most store employees these days. That's my opinion.

These ladies are AMAZING!!! Front the very start to the very end I was treated so well and had a great time chatting and laughing with all of them. I even ended up buying sunglasses that I wasn't planning on getting. On sheer customer service alone I will be coming back.

Thank you Eyeglass World!! My experience was great!! Everyone was amazing, especially Sara. She was accommodating, never pushed anything on me. She was sweet, listened to my concerns and made my first experience there very comfortable. My finances were something of concern for me and she did everything so I was able to get what I needed at a price I could afford. Thank you to all, everyone was wonderful

The people at this store were so gracious and professional when I can in to have my glasses fixed. My granddaughter mangled the frame and they were able to fix them extremely fast. I highly recommend this store and its employees for your vision needs

routine exam the first time was okay, but followup showed what a disaster of an office this was -- all confusion and no coordination.. called multiple times and drove 30 mins only to find out I need to call someone else, which they could have told me over the phone..

Fantastic service!! Staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only place in Pittsburgh that I will ever go to when I need glasses.

My experience at Eyeglass World in Robinson Twp was a lucky one. I went there to try to get new prescription sunglasses quickly because my former optometrist had lost track of my prescription sunglasses. They had been sent to a lab to insert lenses with my current prescription (which is a complex one, I admit). I had waited for 3 weeks and the office never called me to say the lab lost them. I was due to travel to Europe in one week and I needed sunglasses. Within 5 business days, Tami worked with her colleagues Chrystal, Shannon, and Sara to get my new glasses ready to be picked up. I am so happy with their unique and fantastic service!
