Wow! I cannot tell you what a seamless experience choosing my eyewear was. Selection is endless. Service from Rob and Jonathan was professional and congenial. Best part: Both my progressive glasses did not need a single adjustment! So happy! I can see again.

Rob was super helpful, personable and patient. He was able to salvage a very bent pair of frames, as well as facilitate ordering a new frame and lens with a walk-in prescription. The cohesion and friendliness of the employees during my visit to Eyeglass World has provided me with a great experience.

FANTASTIC customer service. I called for information, and the phone was answered immediately and professionally. They held the lenses I needed for my daughter until we could arrive to choose frames. The glasses were done in less than an hour. Very happy!

So I won't be returning I felt pressured to buy extra after declining a couple times for a different lense for my son but didn't want to spend the extra $120 I was no joke told that a shard of plastic could come out and stab my son in the eye while he hypothetically played dodgeball and then judged for saying no and declining still. My son even felt so uncomfortable. When I said no to not at least buying the blue light he legitimately shook his head at me like with disgust. I tried giving this place a second chance ended up with the same rep and just again had a awful uncomfortable visit

My toddler "disassembled" my rimless eyeglasses. I wish I took a "before" picture. Every piece was removed, and while the major parts were still there, some of the rivets/washers were missing. I bought these eyeglasses from this store and bought a 1-year warranty. I was way over the warranty period and was ready to pay whatever it cost to fix them as these were expensive frames. The people in the store had a chuckle, and the technician came out with his tools and put the glasses back together in about 15 minutes. They didn't charge me anything even though it was tech's time and my fault. I greatly appreciate the fact that they were able to fix the glasses and the good faith gesture will pay dividends in the long run. Will definitely be back in the future for my eyeglass purchases and repairs.

Was told my exams was covered so I opted for the $25 retinal scan add on. Was charged $120 for everything, because "Well, we don't actually check your benefits until the end" Go elsewhere.

I am visiting from out of town and stepped on my glasses. I stopped in and all the staff were very helpful and did a temporary fix for my glasses. I am so grateful and great customer service!!

Most definitely will recommend this place! The entire staff on 2/15 was great! I must say Amanda did such a great job as well as Brian who checked my eyes. The other female receptionist who checked me in was outstanding as well you guys have a lifetime customer now
