My first time there was back in 2018 and I get my glasses and contacts from them and will continue going there til the end of my time. Thank you to Dr. John and the staff. I appreciate you all. Very poor customer service I can see why there stores are closing. You can never get any answers about prescription glasses that you are waiting to get I was very disappointed how they handled my prescription order I honestly think they need a whole new staff on top of that they need to train them how to deal with customers and they need better labs it's a shame if you pay a lot for your glasses and they aren't done right alot of time and money wasted
