Highly recommended optical office. Awesome everything. Great doctor amazing staff ( front desk) Keep up the good work. Very professional and patient doctor. Not to mention he was well dressed and smelled really nice. lol. The entire Eyetique franchise is amazing.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm very eye-phobic and don't like having anything near my eyes, but the optometrist was patient and accommodating. This was my first serious visit to an eye doctor, so I'm very grateful that they made it easy and hassle-free.

Really great store! I did my eye glass exam here months ago and recently did my contact exam. Dr. Bell has always been very professional. Doug and the lady at the front desk are really patient and helpful with my needs as this is me trying again on contacts while contacts did not really totally worked for me before.

I stopped by yesterday because my glasses (which I didn't buy there) had a missing screw and the others were very wobbly. A super nice lady took my glasses, tightened my screws and found an extra screw to replace the missing one -- and they didn't charge me!!! They are super nice people, and if I needed to get a new pair of glasses I works definitely go there. Recommended!

Not at all happy. The main call center informed they provide a specific service and when I went there they did not and I was informed after the consultation. The Dr didn't even explain in detail why I was having these issues. It was like he was rushing to the next person. They made me pay a certain amount for absolutely no reason.

This place is great! It took me way to long to write this review after promising that I would write one after having an amazing experience here last year, but my opinion hasn't changed since. The manager is super sweet and clearly cares about her customers. At the beginning of the year, I sat on my glasses. They were all bent out of place. When I brought them in to see if they could help me out, they said they could try to adjust them, but they weren't sure what they would really be able to do. The glasses ended up snapping when they were trying to straighten them out, and the company took the blame and replaced them for me free of charge. They could have easily told me that I needed to replace them myself since I was the one who had bent them out of shape, but they didn't. This was above and beyond service that showed how much the company cares about its customers, and it definitely gained my loyalty for Eyetique. Thank you to each employee for your continued great service.

Did my eye exam using UPMC insurance and got a pair of transition glasses couple of months ago -- been working perfectly! Dr and assistants are all professional :) and they don't cancel on you like other clinics.

One star is also too high for this place. Horrible, customer service. They first said it will take 5-7 days, and it's already been so long and they are still saying it will take another 5-7 business days. They did not call me to inform that the order will be delayed. I had to reach out to them myself when I did not hear from them in a very long time. My old glasses are in a bad shape and I am quite inconvenienced by this. I had heard that their prices are high but I still chose them in good faith because of their location (close to my university). What is most shocking is : they do not let you cancel your order, or give any refund. So, now I am STILL waiting for them to finish the order. And, because they blocked my insurance, I cannot use it in any other shop. They are extremely shrewd and inconsiderate towards students. There are better shops out there, choose wisely !
