I had an eye issue that was causing me severe pain. Dr. Glass seemed to decide it was nothing even before my appointment started. She was very rushed and just kept telling me it was allergies even though the pain in my eye was severe and had lasted a long time. She barely looked at my eye and literally walked me out of the office completely brushing off my concerns. I went the following month to another eye doctor and she realized I had a foreign body embedded in my eye lid and it was scratching my cornea. Had Dr. Glass taken 5 minutes to actually hear my concerns and look at my eye, I would of saved another month of severe pain and potential damage to my cornea. This doctor rushes and does not listen to concerns. She decides if anything is wrong before even meeting you. I will not be back.

Dr. Glass is very caring and professional. I have been a patient for years and she is thorough, knowledgeable and explains in detail what treatment I need

Seemed to exam the eyes well and also chats with you well. She has the I think I am better than you attitude. If you are going to get into the medical field you need to understand and care for the patient and what they been through, not the money. There are hardly any good doctors anymore that care for the patient and what they been through. Won't return and don't recommend for that reason. Go find a doctor that cares about "YOU". I always ask myself this question "If something major happened to me in this doctor's hands would they save my life" and this was one of those doctor's that I don't feel would be able to save me. Western medicine anymore is a joke - very sad.

Dr. Glass checked my eyes carefully and explained everything, showed concern and was very knowledgeable.

Most unprofessional office staff that I have ever encountered. The receptionist over-talked me and assumed that I didn't have coverage or couldn't afford to pay out of pocket, if it were the case. I was so uneasy seeing the doctor. I would give this place a "0", but google won't allow me to score so low.
