I had a time-sensitive eye issue and was very grateful that Dr. Paul's office worked to squeeze me in the very same day. From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth and reassuring.
The front office staff was kind, professional, and efficient. The nurse who completed my intake was warm, thorough, and helped put me at ease. Dr. Paul was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and generous with his time. He took care to explain everything clearly and in a way I could understand, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable.
After my visit, the office went above and beyond in scheduling a follow-up with a specialist and checked in afterward to make sure the prescribed drops were working and that I was feeling better. I appreciated the thoughtful follow-through.
I would highly recommend Dr. Paul and his team for their attentive and thorough care.

Dr. Paul graciously saw me as an emergency with an eye infection. I was a new patient and he helped me immediately. During the exam Dr. Paul advised me that I should be tested for sleep apnea. He saw something that concerned him and messaged my pcp. I was recently tested for sleep apnea and I do have a severe case. Dr. Paul is so thorough, kind and knowledgeable!
