Wow! I've worn glasses for 40 years, and have had many eye exams. Usually those experiences don't really stand out. My visit yesterday to LensCrafters in Robinson stood out for all the right reasons. It was awesome. I had made my eye appointment as the virtual visit with the doctor appearing remotely. I was a little apprehensive, but Zach explained the entire process to me - that he would do the preliminary tests, and send the results to my doc, who would appear virtually to complete the exam. Zach clearly knows what he is doing, and has a relaxed and professional manner, very competent and friendly. He explained each step of each procedure as we went and it really put me at ease. When Dr. Kuvuna appeared for the virtual exam, she was friendly and professional, and provided explanations and answers to my questions. She was not rushed in her responses, and really seemed to care. It was overall a great experience. And the virtual exam seemed to go a lot faster than traditional exams. After I got my prescription, Jaclynn and Emma helped me pick out frames, and discuss options and pricing with me. They were very clear and up front with the costs, and I appreciated that. I felt like I was in very good hands with these two friendly, knowledgeable, and professional women. I could tell that they both took great pride in their customer service. I would absolutely recommend LensCrafters at Robinson!

Overall I had a very good visit with excellent customer service at the Lenscrafters in the Mall at Robinson. All three staff members were friendly, helpful, patient and informative, as was the doctor who did my eye exam. I also received very good assistance in choosing frames, and was given great help re. my insurance coverage and in getting the savings available to me while ensuring that I got all of the options I wanted for the lenses ( UV protection, anti-glare, etc.) Overall a great experience there! The frames selection was also very good and nicely organized.

Lens crafters Pittsburgh location is the best, we were served by Amy and we couldn't say enough about her and the above customer service thst we had. Amy went over all the information and insurance papers. She was very friendly anf helpful when I was picking glasses and sunglasses, she also made sure to talk about all the savings, insurance co-pays and gave us the best deal we could get. I cant wait to go and pick up my glasses in person. Also the office and showroom was beautiful and super clean.

Had a great experience at LensCrafters at the Mall at Robinson. The Sale's Lady was polite, well informed, and made the sale. I would certainly shop there again. It was clean, well stocked, and a professional environment.

Friendly helpful staff all around. Zach the sales associate that assisted me did an excellent job explaining in detail all the options for the eyewear I chose. He was patient and displayed so much knowledge of the product. I was definitely pleased with my experience at the Robinson location. My husband was also impressed with the service I received and will be purchasing his next pair of glasses there too. Thanks Zach!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I had an accident and bent my glasses that I had bought from somewhere else. Even though I hadn't bought my pair from LensCrafters, the staff helped fix my glasses free of charge. Absolute lifesavers!

From checking in to having my eye exam with Dr Car I was very well taken care of. They have a fantastic selection of frames and I found the perfect pair with the help of my eye tech to ensure that the frames would support progressive lenses. I've found my optometrist and highly recommend the Robinson Mall location.
