If you want the best service out there, ask for Kevin! He is amazing. He helped me so much when I needed. I went to the store to fix my mom's glasses and because he was so great we decided to buy another glasses after he fixed hers, he did not offer, we wanted.
He was polite, really nice and found us really good discounts.

I had a wonderful experience choosing my new glasses at LensCrafters. Kevin was particularly helpful--friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and patient while I went back and forth deciding on frames. He also had a great eye for which glasses would look best and work well with how I wear them. A few days later, I returned with my husband to have him choose new frames as well. Kevin is so great to work with--we got two pairs ordered quick as can be! I always say that you may find less expensive options than LensCrafters, but you will not get better customer service anywhere. Thanks, Kevin!

The phone lines are messed up severely, I had a first appointment here and was lost trying to find the place, I tried calling repeatedly to find it, I arrived in South Hills at 4pm and it took me till 4:38pm to find the place the GPS kept taking me to Red Robins. Someone finally called me back once I figured it was inside the mall and when I arrived the secretary was RUDE and was nastily told ma I was 8 minutes late the doctor was already seeing his 4:40pm appointment at 4:38 pm. There was nothing they could do for me and I needed to reschedule.
DO NOT EVER GO THERE VEERY POOR AND DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN WE WERE WALKING OUT THE WOMAN MADE SOME RUDE SNARKY REMARKS. DO NOT GO OR SHOP HERE EVER

I had an appointment with Dr. Schmitt, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When he came in, it felt like I was interrupting his break. As I explained my concerns, he stared at the computer for several minutes before acknowledging me, then briefly said, "I guess I can give you something."
After the appointment, I went to look at glasses. When I asked for assistance, I was told I could look around. There were four sales associates and only two other customers, but no one offered to help. I eventually left and went to Warby Parker, where I was greeted immediately, helped with options, and found something I really liked.

LensCrafters excels at customer service. They have been able to make the glasses on site where my family has had to wait weeks at other optical stores have to order frames and the glass, taking weeks.
