I recently went hear for an eye exam and got glasses there also. This was the worst experience I have ever had regarding eye doctors. The glasses are useless and when I took them back, I was told there was nothing they could do. I am out over $200 of my own money, not including what my insurance covered. The staff is very rude and the customer service is horrible. Stay away from this place. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Deceptive from the outside. Since I needed an eye exam, I decided to try this place as it is in the neighborhood. I really did not know what to expect. It was a pleasant surprise to find the inside comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and appeared to be competent. My only complaint is that it should not take over two hours for a simple eye exam, and I had to leave in the middle of the exam. Due to the long wait I will not be going back. Be sure to feed the meter as tickets in this area are common.

The worst experience I ever had, from stuff to young doctor. First visit and prescription was Completely wrong which I found out when glasses were picked up. Scheduled another appt and they were acting like everything is fine. Got new prescription and waited another 2 weeks for glasses. I got them today and guess what.... I can't read with them. And on top of that lenses were not set right in to the frame. They look like it's just Mather of time to pop out. I'm done with this place. And anyone who reads this should avoid this place . Not worth $ or time.

Dr. Miller retired, unbeknownst to most, however the new ophthalmologist is Wonderful! This is a great location for my family and I and I'm so elated that the new ophthalmologist is Great! Now my family and I can continue our care here and continue to receive exceptional eye care! Also, they just started a new warranty program for our eye glasses which is great, especially for the kids.

First time. Clean office. Nice staff but it took an hour an 15 mins for the whole service from the time i walked in, simple exam, glasses (i took 5 mins top to choose frames). I was told possible glaucoma and have to go back in a month. I never even had anyone tell me this before and i do yearly visits so wasnt sure how to think. Then i get to the frames and am told i have $100 to use per insurance. I told her i want to stay as close to that as possible. She takes the glasses over and they keep trying to sell the warranty and protective lenses. She said $75 outta pocket. No thanks. So my or lenses end up being $115 per receipt but she said I owe $35 when i questioned it she said its tricky and they do some twisting of things on their end. Whatever her answer was exactly.. It was not clear and im skeptical. Esp after reading reviews. I may contact my insurance for verification. And I hope my glasses are down correctly per reviews. Update: my insurance company had a well known and better explained answer for the insurance coverage.

Glasses were distorted, nothing was changed between first and second pair, was charge my full benefit, even thou I never recieved actual glasses. They wanted me to come back to reexamine, at this point I had already taken 8 half days off work. they would not grant even just the glasses benefit so i could go to previous eye doctor. They made sure they got paid my benefit for glasses even thou they were returned. The eye doctor told me I had a astigmatism in my one eye that has never existed. I had a schedule appointment that was never scheduled. I informed them I was not worried about cost for my glasses, knowing I have bad eyes and need expensive glasses, they always lead toward the brands they seemed to profit most off of. Would not recommend, talked with other people that live near me they stated same issues in regards to service.

I didn't have any issue here. I was given my prescription on a slip of paper and was on my way. I was asked if I was interested in buying glasses and I said no, with the intention of purchasing online. The only complaint I do have is that the PD measurement was not given to me with my prescription. So I measured it myself. Haven't had an issue though. I will likely go again for my next eye exam.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I went in to get my glasses checked because my vision was no blurry. Saw multiple doctors, nobody could figure out a good prescription or if it was a medical condition. I was referred to another eye specialist at the recommendation of Dr. Miller. I came back with their recommendation and Dr. Miller immediately dismissed their suggestions and said there was nothing she could do. I had spent over $200 of my own money at this point. The eye center manager was extremely rude and asked me if I was mentally challenged because I couldn't see clearly. I had 1 appointment with at UPMC specialist who confirmed my eye condition, the one Dr. Miller immediately dismissed. Stay away from this place. Other family members have had horrible experiences as well.
