I agree, the doctor was very nice and easy to talk to. My disappointment is that we ordered/paid for my daughters contacts and then they called us a week or so later to tell us they were in. When we got there, they had no idea what we were talking about. Her contacts were not in. I called again today at 11:00 and 12:00 but no answer. The website says they close at 1:00 but I'm guessing they closed earlier. I know it's close to the holiday, but now my daughter is going into this next week with NO contacts. Unacceptable IMO.
I was on my way to UPS to do a drop off and saw Mt.Lebanon Vision care. I stopped in to see if they could tighten a loose screw on my sunglasses and the young lady was more than kind to help me out. Shout out to Jaylen! Thank you for your help and to the other lady who greeted me with a smile
I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at Mount Lebanon Vision Center. I came in for an appointment as a new patient and everyone was incredible. Dr. Lorenz and Amanda were both extremely helpful both during and after my appointment. Extra points for following up with me a few days post appointment to see how my new trial contact lenses were feeling. Your eyes are definitely in good care here.
Everyone here is exceptionally kind and helpful! Zero wait time. My tween son felt very comfortable during his eye exam and is actually excited to receive his new glasses soon. Highly recommend for anyone's vision care needs.
I can't speak highly enough of this eye office. I called in a couple of weeks ago to schedule a routine eye appointment and they got me in quickly (no needing to book me several months out). I showed up for my appointment and they took me right back to begin my eye exam. I've been going to Mt Lebanon Vision Center for a couple years now and I've always appreciated that they are prompt and on time. All of the staff and also the doctor were extremely helpful, answered my questions, and gave great insights. Truly one of a kind vision center! Highly recommend!
Nothing like cancelling an appointment they call you to confirm without informing you. I'd give a zero if I could
My spouse and I have been coming here for years, and are very pleased with courtesy of the office staff, and the professionalism of the optical staff. Dr. Lorenz really took her time working with me to make sure my prescription felt right to me. We recently brought our 6-year-old for her first pair of glasses, and that was a very positive experience as well. Everyone we worked with was great with kids.
I went for an eye exam and decided on contacts since they didn't have a great selection of glasses to choose from. They gave me some contacts to try and told me if I needed anymore just call or come in wouldn't be a problem. A few weeks later I called to go in and buy the MY DAY brand and get some more samples. The receptionist rings me up and says it will be a few weeks. I asked to get some more samples and she says "hold on let me go check if we have any." Comes back... "Nope we don't have any of those right now!" I said "Do you have any samples of any kind that will work for me?" I have extremely bad vision, during my exam the Dr told me I shouldn't be driving without glasses or contacts. She goes back to talk to the Dr whispering and comes back out and saying they don't have any samples right now! I feel she was not being honest and just didn't want to provide me with any more samples because she would have said that on the phone when I called! Transparency is everything!
