From the minute, I walked in and got my initial eye exam. I was smiling cheek to cheek. The tech that assisted me was extremely hospitable, had a phenomenal sense of humor and mimic the 90s actress Regina King.. The location was clean safe and easily accessible. By the time I made it back to dock a.k.a. Dookie Hauser I was extremely confident that I made the right decision traveling to this location. He was extremely passionate and knowledgeable.. Doc was able to explain exactly what was happening with my eyes at the age of 39 and stretch the fact that I was turning 40 in four months the entire visit, I felt like a kid again, which, in this case getting your eyes dilated was extremely comforting. by the time I was able to make the transition portion of the trip, Devon was there and help me find the perfect frames and save the most money and get the most bang for my buck. I'll be selling art at the war hall museum in 10 to 14 days when my bifocals arrive can't think this location enough and if I've misspelled or miss any pronunciations or punctuations it's because my eyes are still dilated and I can't see and I'm talking to text thanks do in a team. My girlfriend accompanied me, but didn't drive home and she had the most spectacular time watching me in awkward positions and listening to the dark suggestions. Thank you guys again she got some great photos.

My first visit at MyEyeDr and they were phenomenal, from the lady at the front desk, to the doctor, and Devin helped me so much especially with the budget I had. I have nothing but good things to say about them... if you need a new eye doctor they are the place to go!

This may have been the best eye care experience I've ever had- from the moment I was welcomed by the assistant to the moment I checked out, I felt thoroughly attended to and warmly cared for. The assistant was very friendly and guided me through the routine pre-exam procedure so I was ready to see the doctor before my scheduled appointment time. The doctor himself was one of the kindest and gentlest professionals I've been treated by, and I am grateful for the thoroughness with which he determined my prescription (which is quite unusual with opposing needs for each eye), evaluated my vision, and explained and explored my glasses/contacts options. The staff member who helped me select and purchase my lenses was patient and helpful in determining the best value with my insurance coverage. I can't recommend this location and staff team more highly!

I have been to this location a couple times for eye exams and checkups. The doctors and technicians are all friendly and thorough. Minimum wait and quick appointments make it easy to schedule into your calendar. They have a solid selection of frames so I have a couple pair of glasses from there that I am more than happy with.

We came here for a routine eye check-up. The location is very convenient, right by a bus stop. Everything went smoothly. The receptionist/assistant was very friendly and professional. Dr. Javadi was great as well -- she listened to all our concerns. Eyewear should be ready for pick up in about 10 days. Would definitely recommend.

Although I had an ok experience first time patient i felt unimportan there several non black patients were treated so well so cared for i was looked at like garbage. 3 months later I received a 150$ bill on a pair of glasses I was specifically told was fully covered by insurance. Very strange. I will most certainly be reporting them to my insurance called the store and spoke to Devin he told me to ignore the bill instead of I will take care of it...I'll be dawned if I pay when the employee who is trained to do this specifically picked the glasses for me that were covered by insurance. As a new patient with new insurance I was not sure which ones were covered and I was directed there... I kinda feel bad for going off. They handled the issue in a timely manner.

The doctor was phenomenal. He listened and explained everything to me. I didn't feel rushed through my exam. The areas were clean . All staff at the Oakland location were kind and respectful. Best vision visit I've ever had.

Excellent, friendly service and my glasses came in very quickly. I will definitely go here again!
